modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment can comfortably accommodate
up to 4 guests, making it the ideal rental for holidaymakers or
business travellers wanting a tranquil respite not too far from the
bustling City Centre.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge complete with a
rustic wood-like tile, a leather couch and stylish touches in soothing
neutral shades. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and
includes a dishwasher, a washing machine and island seating for 4. The
lounge features two sofas, WiFi, and an impressive flat-screen TV for
relaxing nights bingeing your favourite series. A standout feature of
this home is the balcony that boasts a gas braai/BBQ and a picnic bench
- perfect for alfresco dining in good company. The unit has an inverter
to enusre uniterrupted TV and internet access.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and feature sliding doors, each
furnished with a queen bed. One of the bedrooms includes balcony access
