with a capacity to accommodate up to 4 guests. This elegantly designed

The suite features two bedrooms, each meticulously designed for the
utmost relaxation. Bedroom 1 boasts air conditioning, an en-suite
bathroom, a balcony offering scenic views, and a comfortable King-sized
bed. Meanwhile, Bedroom 2 includes a balcony, an en-suite bathroom, air
conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a King-sized bed. For added
convenience, Bathroom 1 features an ensuite setup with a shower and
toilet, while Bathroom 2 ensuite setup with a toilet, shower, and bath.
There is also a guest toilet.

General features of the suite include a pool, dining area, private
outdoor pool, washing machine, TV, internet access, lounge area, linen
and towels provided, sea views, elevators, braai facilities, tumble
dryer, controlled access complex, secure parking, balcony with
entertainment district and mountain views. There is also an inverter
that runs all appliences. Moreover, the suite is family-friendly and
includes amenities like Netflix and outdoor braai facilities.

Guests can enjoy swimming in the picturesque pool, or explore the
neighbourhood by cycling and guided walks. Enjoy the property’s braai
areas, fully equipped kitchen, a swimming pool, and secure parking. The
lounge area offers a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, while the
dining room features a table, chairs, and balcony access.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 4 Battery Cres, Sea Point, Cape Town, 8051

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
