THE APARTMENT:
This luxurious ultra large and comfortable 145 sqm (over 1500 sq ft) corner unit apartment has a quiet private covered balcony where you can enjoy the warm sun during your days and as the sun sets, be engulfed in the magnificent colors that make up our majestic african sunsets. Then watch as an abundance of bright stars twinkle in the night sky allowing you to relax with your favorite sundowner after a long day.

With beautiful African undertones, in both detail and design, this quiet apartment breathes luxury comfort and relaxation while being in the heart of Cape Town's unique working harbour. It's the ultimate place to be to experience all that Cape Town has on offer.

The Master bedroom has an ultra comfortable King size bed (converts into 2 Single beds - should you need) with two double sliding doors which deliver spectacular light, warmth and fresh air to the room. The main sliding door with step out balcony overlooks the marina and pool, while the other leads onto the main covered balcony for easy access.
There is a private safe in the cupboard for any personal items you wish to lock up as well as plenty of cupboard space. The en-suit bathroom has a separate very spacious shower.

The second north facing bedroom with a king size bed (converts into 2 single beds if needed) also has a large sliding door allowing warmth and sunlight into the room while overlooking the marina waterway. There are very spacious cupboards and the en-suit bathroom has a large bath and shower combination.

Open on 3 sides, the large lounge has an abundance of natural warmth and light with three double sliding doors allowing fresh clean air to permeate the apartment. Each door leading to a different view of the area. There is a large TV with full local and international channels (DSTV). There is FREE high speed WIFI with back up battery for loadshedding in the apartment. We also have an invertor for the TV and charging phones/tablets/laptops.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all main appliances for your convenience. The open-planned dining room which has a wonderfully natural 6 seated rich wooden table facing the main balcony allowing for spectacular views while enjoying your meals. We have a gas portable srove top for making coffee/tea ans cooking should you wish during loadshedding.

There are 4 Communal Pools throughout the entire complex, all of which are open to guests. There is alsoa fully equipped gym located a quick 3-5 minute walk away.
We provide 2 x 24-hour access keys to and from the complex and to your underground parking bay, which has secure but direct access to your building, superbly located about 25 steps away from the apartment front door.

NOTES:
- FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI with battery backup during load shedding.
- Power station to power the TV and charge laptops, tablets and phones during load shedding.
- Basic grocery shopping is on offer before you arrive (Milk, breakfast items, fruits, etc. Please specify what you want before hand, should you require this service - payment in cash on arrival)
- Dry Cleaning services are available @ additional fee

RULES:
1. 4 adults only or family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children)
2. NO smoking in the Apartment, but may smoke on the balcony ONLY.
3. No pets
4. No loud parties or events without permission from host. (Body Corporate rules)
5. Please note all guests will be photographed at registration. This photo will be linked to your access disc for the duration of your stay and once you check out, the photo is deleted from the system automatically.

6. NEW RULE: From 1 July 2021, there will be a R50/guest registration fee payable by credit card by the guest at registration before access disc is provided. (Body Corporate rules, not agent rules) Children below the age of 12 will not be subject to the R50 Registration fee and will not be issued with access cards. Those aged 5 and younger will not be photographed. Those aged 6 - 11 will be photographed in a group with other family members.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Cash Only
1. 24 hrs notice is needed for booking a cleaner at additional charge per day.
2. Apartment is full set up with bed linens (sheet, 2 pillows, duvet) 1 x bath towel/guest and 1x swim towel/guest is provided. Additional bedding is available @ additional charge
3. Dry Cleaning services are available @ additional fee at a professional dry cleaner.

The Area:
Situated in the V & A Waterfront Marina development and within walking distance of both the World class One&Only Hotel and renowned Cape Grace Hotel as well as within Cape Town's working harbor. This apartment offers it's guests security and privacy, yet also easy access to the best of what Cape Town has on offer.
The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is known as a premier shopping and tourist destination with world class entertainment hotspots. It has an abundance of upmarket shopping which includes 190 specialist stores, numerous museums, 70 diverse restaurants including some world renowned names, local delicatessens and wineries, live theatre, cinema and an Amphitheatre where many performances are held. Robben Island tours originate from here as well. Visit Cape Town's "eye" ferris wheel with the breathtaking backdrop of our Magnificent Table Mountain. It's innovative fusion of history and modern life has created a multi-purpose dockside environment unlike anything on earth.

Go spend a day out in Somerset West or Stellenbosch at one of the many magnificent wines estates, where you can taste some of the best wines in the world, paired with foods that will tantalize your tastebuds. The Cape Town International Convention Center is minutes away. The Cape's most famous beaches as well as Cape Town's International Airport are only a short drive.

There are local buses and taxes from the V & A Waterfront to help get around Cape Town. Most other Cape Town Tours also originate from the V&A area. You can also rent a car ( remember you have 2 designated parking bays supplied)
The red bus tours start in the V & A Waterfront and a great way to see Cape Town. You are also within walking distance of Cape Town City Centre and the V & A Waterfront.

Perfect location

We’ve been to Cape Town several times but have never stayed near the V&A Waterfront. It was a great experience. Quickly and safely walked over to the Waterfront for shopping and restaurants several times. Walked to the Gold dining experience just a few blocks away, as well. Highly recommend!

On arrival we were informed that the owner had decided not to go ahead with the project. Unbeatable Location

Just steps away from the V&A Waterfront, Hop On-Hop Off Bus and other tour opportunities. Security is impeccable and environment is first class plus. Apartment is in walking distance to restaurants, malls and food shopping.. Many local crafts and local goods for sale in shops. If you are going to prepare meals in the apartment, shopping is great at Woolworth and Pick and Save, Be prepared to have your own shopping/carry bags or buy at store. Night quiet hours are in effect so it is very peaceful after 10PM. The unit has no air conditioning and only a few fans, so hot nights can be expected when the temperatures rise. Be prepared for some short power outages courtesy of the City as well as hot water usage hours. Make sure you think about this before taking a shower. You have your own car space and elevators are very convenient. Entry and exit from property utilizes a fob that you can't forget to carry. These small things I have mentioned don't really detract from the beauty of the area and magnificent Cape Town. Property Manager, Jessica is only a cell phone call away and is quite responsive. You can offer many suggestions and come up with small supplies should you need them. Again, I suggest shopping early for all necessities.

Perfect Location

This 1st floor apartment is i an ideal location to walk to the V&A Waterfront. I use a wheelchair to get around outside and we could easily get all around the waterfront. The apartment is clean and comfortable with 2 ensuite bedrooms. We did not cook at all but it has everything you need including a french press! Great place and location!

Great amenities at the apartment and appreciated the kids box and other nice touches. Great stay and recommend to anyone. Great location that was easy to walk around the water front.

Perfect location, great host

So nice to overlook the canal, see some seals and boats, and still be on safe walking distance from "it all". (Safety is a real issue in SA so this was important for us.) Jessica met up with us to show us the place and was a great host, including communication beforehand. Spacious apartement and lovely balcony. Warmly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful apartment. Cannot recommend highly enough. Location perfect, within 5 mins walk of V&A bars and restaurants though lovely and quiet at night. Jessica was a pleasure to deal with. Thankyou so much - we will most definitely be back.

A perfect apartment at the Waterfront

Beautiful apartment in ideal situation

This was a beautifully light, spacious and well-equipped apartment overlooking the canal with easy and safe access to the Waterfront. A very peaceful location for relaxing and watching the occasional paddle border or kayaker passing by. Jessica was most helpful and very easy to contact both before and during our stay. We would be more than happy to recommend this lovely apartment.

Great place to stay

Rented apartment for a long weekend in Cape Town with friends. It was a great place to stay. Very well appointed and in splendid location. We really enjoyed our stay. Terrific apartment in great location!

This two bedroom, two bath apartment is in the V&A Waterfront. It is very secure, and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions. Jessica, the manager, met us at the property, helped us with our bags and explained the details. In addition, she was available by WhatsApp if we had any issues or questions. Well run and a great place.

Perfect Cape Town Stay

If you are looking for a place to stay in Cape Town, THIS IS IT! The apartments are in a gated community, on the marina with a conveninent location to everything! A very short walk takes you to the V&A. The apartment is spacious, clean and has all of the amenities one could want. Our hostess Jess {and Diana} were very responsive. I was very sad to leave. If I have the opportunity to come back - this is where I will again stay.
