For a 1 star hotel , the service is better than a lot of 3 stars The staff at front desk is amazing and very helpful We stayed with my whole family and my mom had her flight cancelled and had to stay at the hotel by herself not speaking the language I left all instructions at the hotel and they followed every instruction perfectly I am very grateful to the hotel and the staff

Too crowded at breakfast. Had to miss it. We booked at least 6 weeks earlier, but when we arrived at 6pm we got the last room on the ground floor just behind the reception ( room 016). We were disturbed by knocks on the door from guests confusing the room with reception office. Large party shouting till 11pm, up and down the passage. The bed was comfortable and the location was good. Reception was friendly.

It was extremely noisy, screaming, sounded like a fight. Loud talking till the early hours of the morning. Staff did nothing about it. Pretty sure you could hear the racket throughout the hotel. This is not the first time we have experienced this. My suggestion - do not allow patrons to bring in bags of alcohol, recipe for disaster.

Ants in my room. The breakfast was horrible. They ran out of food and the wait time to replenish it was terrible. I do not recommend this property. You definitely can’t sleep in because the noise level is so high from 6am.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and super comfortable, and the food was exceptional. A truly enjoyable experience — highly recommended!
