Welcome to Sea Spray AG04, an exquisite apartment in the heart of
Blaauwberg. This beachfront haven offers unparalleled views of Table

stretch of coastline, with its main attraction, Blaauwberg Beach or
Bloubergstrand, drawing surfers, sunbathers, and photography
enthusiasts captivated by the stunning backdrop of Table Mountain and
the deep blue Atlantic ocean.

Sea Spray AG04 is situated in a secure and guarded complex, directly
across the road from the white sandy shores of Blaauwberg Beach. The
apartment accommodates four guests, featuring two bedrooms – one with a
queen bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a
shower, bath, and toilet. The living space is both luxurious and
well-equipped, offering internet access, a lounge area, and a dining
space for your comfort. Guests can unwind outside and enjoy a braai in
the dedicated braai area.

Beyond the comfort of the apartment, Blaauwberg offers a myriad of
activities, from fishing and cycling to surfing and golf. The area is
dotted with excellent restaurants and pubs, providing the perfect
setting to relax and savour the breathtaking views. Sea Spray AG04 is
strategically located for kite surfing enthusiasts, with the annual Red
Bull King of the Air Kite-surfing competition held on the beach.
Additionally, the apartment treats guests to a front-row seat for the
spectacular New Year's Eve fireworks display from the Victoria & Alfred
Waterfront.

a heated swimming pool overlooking the sea and Table Mountain. A
fenced-in small courtyard adds a touch of privacy, making it suitable

apartment's unobstructed views of Table Mountain and Robben Island

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at
2 Athens Road, Blouberg.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
