The house offers a spacious, open plan kitchen/dining/living space for you to enjoy. Cosy up around the
indoor braai fireplace on those colder winter nights, or get together and grill your favourite meats for a great family dinner.
In the living area, enjoy movies on the 55-inch 4K Smart TV with soundbar, or read a book and open up the patio doors which lead into the large, fenced garden with stunning views of the mountain ranges.
The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances and all the utensils you could need. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table, or have a quick bite to eat at the breakfast bar.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with large double beds and one large twin room, each containing a wardrobe, side table and reading light. The front bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the others share the main bathroom, each containing a bathtub and shower. Two large sofas are found in the living room.
