Amazing large and open space in the sought after suburb of Green Point. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms in a secure block with secure off street parking and access to the building's gorgeous communal swimming pool. A lovely outside balcony is the perfect spot to watch the world go by.

The Space:
-The apartment consists of 3 large bedrooms and a spacious living area consisting of a full kitchen, comfortable lounge and six seater dining area.
-The living area leads out onto the balcony with outdoor (undercover) seating for the whole family.
-The entire apartment is air conditioned, has high-speed WiFi and the lounge TV features DSTV. The master bedroom is ensuite with a bathtub and an over-bath shower. It leads out onto a private patio and features a King bed.
-The second bedroom features modern decor and has a dedicated bathroom (not ensuite). The spacious third bedroom is ensuite and features thoughtful touches as well as a comfortable Queen bed.

Centrally located, fails at the details

The flat is as advertised. Centrally located with 3 beds and 3 baths. Unfortunately the place fails in the details: - Wi-Fi does not stretch to the main room and there is no TV in there so good luck if you want a break with some entertainment. - the floor was sticky and filthy: a quick nip to the kitchen without shoes nets you filthy socks. Probably hasn’t been mopped in years. - mildew in the shower - cleaning items left in the balcony so you don’t want to use the area. - no soap or shampoo or tissues in any bathrooms so we had to go buy all those items for all three bathrooms - no coffee pods for the coffee machine so don’t arrive late or you won’t be able to get pods from the store - the blind in one of the showers was left open at an angle and all the strings were tangled so we could not close it, meaning no privacy for the person who used that bathroom (the flat is on the first floor). This was sorted out the next day, but really? Overall not great for a place with a high end price. I would personally look elsewhere in future.
