Family bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. 2 bedrooms open out onto a large balcony. The balcony is ideal for enjoying amazing views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the ocean. Beautiful sunsets whilst you sip on a drink or barbecue.
Kitchen is fitted with a stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All the essential crockery and cutlery is provided. Open plan dining and lounge area which also opens out onto the balcony. Flat screen TV with selected DSTV channels. Wifi is free but limited.
The unit is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. The garage is a double tandem with automated doors.
24 hour security and access controlled gates to the complex.
Dolphin Ridge is 800m away from the beach which is a surfers and kitesurfers paradise. Close the supermarkets and restaurants and malls
20 min drive to the city centre.
