This beautiful villa/farmhouse/home features six rooms spread over two levels, creating a bright and cozy space perfect for families or groups of friends on vacation. The first level includes a living room with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a CD-player, as well as an exit to the terrace for enjoying fresh air and beautiful views. Another living room offers additional space to relax, with its own exit to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals, such as an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and another exit to the terrace. A shower/WC completes the first level. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: the first with one bed (80 cm) and one French bed (160 cm), the second with the same setup, and the third with two beds (80 cm). A bath/shower/WC is also located on this upper level.
