Lovely big room, well furnished with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a great view down the valley to the sea. The location is walkable to the main square with restaurants, exclusive shopping and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and dining inside or outside on the garden patio.

We booked a room last minute to stay in Capri for one night and we are glad we did. We have traveled to many places and have stayed in many different hotels and can say this was definitely one of our top stays. We appreciate the staff, they acknowledged our anniversary celebration and we are grateful. The room was in excellent condition as far as cleaned. The decoration was beautiful. Breakfast had many options. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, best and excellent staff ever and incredible facilities, lobby, rooms and impeccable, tastefully decorated , beautiful views from the pool and the bar and the food from the pool area was amazing. Highly recommended. I wantI want to especially and directly thank Margharita at the front desk for her excellent customer service from the moment we checked in and her recommendations for all my requests that exceeded our expectations. I also want to thank Francesco and Krish for their excellent service at breakfast, pool, and the pool bar. Their service was incredibly spectacular and professional. They made our stay very memorable and incredible. They made all the difference in our stay. Thank you again to the bellboy and the housekeeping staff for their exceptional, incredible work. It was a nice place to stay because is close to the Capri center which is good because you can commute to any other place from there, such as restaurants, the most important stores in Capri and also there is a bus stop to go to Anacapri just 3min walking. The hotel was clean and the service really good. Highly recommend!

The entire staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, with a special thanks to Jamaica for arranging our transportion, and providing recommendations for restaurants and tours! Our stay in the Ginestra Suite was delightful, complemented by a wonderful pool and an amazing breakfast. Our stay was flawless; however, the steep stairway to access the hotel was a minor inconvenience.

Unfortunately this property fell way short of our expectations. For the price, you’d expect way more. However this is probably a 2-3 star hotel at its best. Comforter and headboard were stained when we first walked which just makes you think how well the place is really being cleaned. Then there were clumps of someone else’s hair in our shower. Our room’s AC was broken the first 2 days and due to the extreme heat we could barely sleep at night. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept on and was so flat and hard it felt like sleeping in a coffin. Overall just a huge disappointment and wish we had spent our money elsewhere.
