Bayside Villa 5234 - Captiva

Enjoy stunning views of Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound from the screened lanai of this beautifully updated one-bedroom, two-bath condo. The spacious bedroom features two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom, while an additional full bathroom provides extra convenience for guests. The living room includes a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate additional visitors. You’ll also enjoy an updated kitchen and an inviting living area that opens directly onto the screened lanai—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery.

Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.
Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife rental credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons—delivered right to your door. On-site gear availability varies and cannot be guaranteed.
Elevator Notice

Great Condo on Captiva!

Perfect location, walking distance to several restaurants. Beautiful view from the lanai. Easy walk to the beach, chairs and umbrella are great. Can’t wait to come back, will definitely stay at this condo again.

Everything was as expected and clean and labeled. I missed information in the check in website finding wifi and keycode to pool. My only complaint was the beach and bath towels not being able to be picked up or exchanged. We had used all the bath towels the first night and gotten 2 of the beach towels dirty and had to pay and do laundry for towels while on vacation.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Sheets, towels, beach chairs, games and you can't beat staying at South Seas and this is a MUCH better value than booking through the resort!!

It was confusing locating the actual building where we were booked. The buildings have numbers on them, but the numbers are obscured by the name "villas" thru the number. Who does that?? Also, the building numbers are not well lit.At the gate, we asked the gatekeeper which way to go to our villa. She was pretty unsure???? Really? She said, i think it's to the left.

Very nice unit!

Unit was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Pool area is excellent, and great beach is <5 minute walk away. Area is still something of a construction site, given hurricane recovery, but didn't affect our stay. Thanks!

Wonderful Stay at South Seas

We loved our stay at the bayside villas in South Seas Captiva Island. Check in was a breeze, the property was as described and the accommodations were great. Obviously, the island is still very much in recovery mode after hurricane Ian but we knew that going in and adjusted our expectations accordingly.

Our room and the pools were beautiful. What WASNT beautiful was the fact that we were unable to use the other pools or any restaurants or trolley. It was absolutely ridiculous, without a wristband we had access to NOTHING. Dream Vacations stepped up and made it right. It the first few days of our stay were horrible. Shame on VRBO!

The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.

Nice place, good location

Overall very nice. Wish the place had more storage (no dressers, closets). The balcony was beautiful. Close to beach. You could walk, but with a 4 yo, we decided to drive the couple minutes to the beach access. Everything was as expected. The pool was great. We knew the elevator was not working. We also knew about the construction.

Beautiful Captiva

There were 4 adults in the unit. Plenty of room for 6. Very clean. My husband and I used the pull out couch. Very comfortable. We walked to restaurants and shopping in town. 5 -7 minute walk to everything. We rented biked right outside the resort. Rode to Sanibel..just over the small bridge and had lunch at Pink Flamingo...excellent blackened grouper on a Ceasar Salad...yum! Find your fun....we did!!!
