Unfortunately we had several issues with this property. It was cutely decorated but for the price we shouldn’t have had to deal with as many problems as we did!! Upon arrival on day 1, our 1 and only toilet didn’t work. We called to get that fixed which wasn’t fixed until the next day. Secondly, there were a lot of sugar ants in the living room and in the kitchen. We didn’t even have a chance to eat anything or have food out…they simply were everywhere. Within the first two days we noticed a rancid odor coming from the kitchen sink. The garbage disposal didn’t work to clear the drain so we were assuming it was like that from the previous guest. As far as the bedroom goes, the porch light was so bright that is lit up the bedroom making it very difficult to sleep. There are no curtains on the windows so we tried to close the blinds only to discover that they were installed backwards and couldn’t be closed. We notified property management and they did fix the blinds when they came to fix the toilet but that did little if anything to fix the issue with the light. We ended up hanging our large beach towel over the blinds. It helped a little more but we strongly suggest some blackout curtains to be hung in the bedroom not only for the light but most importantly, privacy!!!! The final issue we had with the condo was more of an inconvenience. There was NO hooks, racks and barely any furniture to store our things for our two week stay. We do not recommend this unit!
