Our property is located on Redstone Boulevard, 20 min from Carbondale, 40 min from Glenwood Springs and 45 min from Aspen. This is the perfect location to explore this magnificent region of Colorado or to just relax and stay awhile!

This charming newer 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home mimics the historical architecture of Redstone on the exterior, while the interior boasts all the modern comforts.

A second upstairs bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, large closet and windows that stretch to the ceiling allowing you to take in beautiful views to the south and east. A third upstairs bedroom invites you to "camp here" with two comfortable twin beds and generous windows opening up to open space and cliff views. A second upstairs bath with charming historical accents, is complete with single vanity, shower and tub. And because the best outdoor adventuring often result in the dirtiest clothes, a new full-sized front loading washer and dryer are conveniently located in the upstairs laundry space.

Outside the front door is a charming front porch with stunning cliff views. Directly across the street is the beginning of the beautiful East Creek Trail system that can lead you on a short hike or take you all the way to Snowmass or Marble.
