3 bed flat near to Cardiff and Cardiff Bay

Summary:
During your stay at our three-bedroom first floor flat you will have lovely park views from the lounge bay windows and you will be very close to Cardiff Bay and Cardiff City Centre and all it has to offer visitors. The lounge and kitchen are spacious and can comfortably seat up to 5 people.

Street parking is super easy outside the flat and free also :)

The Space:
The apartment is on the first floor of a lovely end of terrace Victorian building, below is a one bed airbnb flat which we also manage and in the flat behind is our neighbour and permanent resident. We have renovated the kitchen and bathroom and fully decorated throughout the apartment - it's been styled in a relaxed monochrome style with plants, pots and funky prints and we hope you like the relaxing space that we have created.

We have a large and spacious living area with sofas, TV and great views of the park through the bay windows, off the lounge there is a kitchen with dining table seating up to 6 people.

The small but perfectly formed newly fitted bathroom has a bath and shower, sink and toilet.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms to the front of the house - each a double and a twin at the back. All have either a wardrobe or chests of drawers/bedside tables for clothes storage.

Guest Access:
You have full access to the first floor flat, accessed via a shared entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Grangetown is a vibrant and diverse area of Cardiff, it's brilliantly close to Cardiff Bay which lots of great places to eat and drink and attractions to visit. Cardiff City Centre is a 20 minute walk away. We are directly opposite Grangetown Gardens which is home to the recently built Grange Pavilion providing public amenities in a popular inner-city park, three large rooms for hire, a cafe, office space, hot-desking and a garden that features five rainwater ponds, a wildflower meadow, a honey-bee garden, a community allotment and a green for play, exercise and picnics! Very close by on Claire Road and Penarth Road are local shops, takeaways, supermarkets and cafes. Try Inmas for delicious Mediterranean Food and The Vegetarian Food Studio for yummy curry. In Cardiff Bay we would recommend Quantum Coffee Roasters and Coffi Co Cafes for indie delights :

Getting Around:
Walking from our place is the best way to explore the Bay and the City Centre. You are very close to Cardiff Central Station if you want to catch a train to explore further.
