Confortable et sans âme

Immense batiment sans charme, cerné par un superbe golf Endroit tres isolé. Qq petits details agaçants comme le seche cheveux qui marchent mal ou une couette trop legerr et quand on demande une couette ou une couverture supplementaire, on nous apporte... un drap.

Disappointing Stay 😕

The room with balcony was lovely and large, my partner wanted a bath but unfortunately there was no seal on the bath plug! Busy, didn't pre book dinner, 9pm option to dine, had some bread, waited and dinner arrived at 10pm, too late to enjoy. long wait for drinks at the bar in the afternoon, not enough staff serving especially as the Rugby was on, my partners vodka & mixer was served in a half pint pepsi glass filled to the top, drowned it, had to ask for another in a smaller glass. We had some bar snacks, chicken goujons, chips, but sent garlic bread back, burnt and not worth the money. We paid for breakfast as extra but had it refunded as the que for a table was too long. We've been to this hotel a few times before and enjoyed our time there, spa, food and rooms, the reason i booked was for my partners birthday, a shame that it wasn't the stay we would've liked for a special occasion. We have both agreed that we were disappointed with our stay this weekend.

First the poor points- executive room booked - shower door missing led to water over bathroom floor, poor workmanship of not finishing the sealing of the shower control. No towel rail to dry towels. Glass shard in shower which I stepped on and it embedded in my foot. Shower tray dirty not been cleaned properly. Bedroom floor not hoovered well as found a very large needle which was waiting to be stepped on. Little things like this leave an impression of not really caring. Housekeeping need to raise their game as I’m not sure I’d return. Positives- staff were great especially when the issues of glass, needles and poor cleanliness were raised. Bar staff were great nice range of bar meals and good selection of drinks. Overall I feel standards in some areas have slipped and that’s a shame.

Excellent hotel, sub par service

Hotel was lovely, very comfortable bed. The shower wasn’t giving off hot water and when reported to reception there wasn’t so much as an apology, pretty disappointing when you’re paying good money, you expect better service

Lovely stay but expected more

It was a nice stay. The room was nice, buffet breakfast was excellent. The pool was fun. The checking in part experience was disappointing. My staff member didn’t offer a smile or communication, we weren’t given a warm welcome. As it was my wife’s birthday stay I felt more could have been done.
