Peace, comfort, and charm for a perfect stay in the heart of the Cotentin.
The Space:
You will enjoy a large south-facing terrace, perfect for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. Inside, expansive bay windows flood the living spaces with natural light. The main room features a cathedral ceiling, enhancing the feeling of space and volume. The atmosphere blends modernity, quality materials, and warm touches.
The layout of the property is as follows,
On the ground floor, you will find:
- A spacious living area with a dining space, a cozy reading nook, and a fully equipped open kitchen.
- A large lounge with a sofa, armchair, and smart TV.
- A generous bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs:
- A first bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and blackout blinds.
- A second bedroom, also with a 140x190 double bed and blackout blinds.
- A mezzanine with a convertible sofa that turns into two single beds (80x190).
