The staff was very personable and the rooms were easily accessible. Breakfast had good food and was constantly being kept clean and refilled. Room was clean and at a good temperature upon arrival. Would definitely stay again.

The people make this place. Just fantastic, helpful, and fully there for their customers. I booked here because it had a pool. It was unfortunately closed. My room was dark, and not inviting despite the refurbished room. Not much to do about that. Also quite noisy as near front desk. But, it was fine!

I really enjoyed my stay at Larkspur Landing. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially Star, who worked in the kitchen setting up breakfast. Always with a big smile and an offer to help. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice although the toilet was very low, not meant for adults. I would stay there again.

After seeing such a high rating, I was expecting a much more clean and comfortable experience for my one night stay on a long road trip. After receiving my room assignment, I found out the elevator was broken and they offered to bring my stuff up or change my room to first floor. I took the offer to change my room to the first floor. The furnishings and carpet in the room were outdated. Everything seemed a tiny bit damp in the room from the a/c unit (I assume) and thus the room had a slight odor. There was dust/dirt collected in all corners and crevices in the room and bathroom. There were spots on the ceiiling. The a/c unit clanked and clattered all night. The mattress was not comfortable.
