Good stay overall, but be aware of the elevator issue.
I arrived at 4 a.m. after a long travel day and was checked into a third-floor room. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service, and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. The front desk clerk offered help, which I appreciated, but I declined since I only had carry-on bags. Still, climbing to the third floor multiple times over a three-day stay was a challenge—especially at 90 years old.
The elevator has apparently been out for a while, and I saw no signs of repair during my visit. If mobility is a concern, I recommend requesting a room on the first or second floor.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent, and the air conditioner worked quietly and efficiently. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay.
The hotel is located on Hampton Drive and may have previously operated as a Hampton Inn. If the price is reasonable and you can avoid the upper floors, this can be a good value stay.
