The most epic family beach bungalow available near Carlsbad Village. 1 block from the beach, 8 blocks from Carlsbad Village. Recently remodeled so it feels new. Huge private and fully fenced grass backyard with outdoor living and dining area. Relax and listen to 17 full height palm trees rustling in the breeze. 2-car garage and driveway parking for 4 more cars. Dead end flat street so it's the perfect place for kids to bike and skateboard out front.

Just remodeled and all new furniture, linens, kitchen supplies, etc.

This house was everything and more! Beautiful inside and out. Everything you needed, was at your fingertips. We stayed out here for a going away party as our relative is leaving for the army. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and this house was more than spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the backyard and all the amenities around the area. Everything is pretty close by and in distant for what ever your heart desires! Thank you to the wonderful host again for having us! Again, we shall be back!!

Kyle is an awesome host and was very gracious. Unfortunately the weather was absolutely awful this weekend which is nobody’s fault but it made us stay at the beach a tiny bit less fun. But we will be back.

House was really clean, a lot closer to the beach than I thought which was awesome. Nice neighborhood, very quiet. Beds and bedding were great so we all slept great, kitchen has a good amount of items as well. Definitely would stay again.

The home was within walking distance to most everything. It was very clean and everything that was needed was provided, new sponge, detergents, paper towels, toys, beach chairs, hand soap etc. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Nice dead end street and lovely fenced in yard. I would definitely recommend and I’d also stay again.

We had a great experience! The location is amazing for beach access and is walking distance to Carlsbad Village. The neighborhood is clean and felt very safe. Host and his wife were quick to respond when we had a chirping carbon monoxide detector and helped us to resolve the issue promptly. Highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect spot for my family and friends. 6 adults fit perfectly and enjoyed this bungalow thoroughly. Easy walking distance to the beach and town. We all loved it and will definitely be back. The back yard was a plus for late-night card games and being on a "no outlet" road kept traffic to a minimum. The owners were very responsive to any questions that arose. Highly recommend.

Great Beach Vacation

Mother’s Day Celebration

My brother and I rented this beach bungalow to celebrate Mother's Day with our mom. It was perfect for her grandchildren and other siblings to stop by throughout the weekend to celebrate her. Close walk to the beach and the backyard was great for family meals.

What a great location to explore the San Diego area. A very short walk to the beach & town! The house had all the amenities we needed and a nice backyard to hang in. There were some areas that we needed to clean upon arrival and a plumbing issue. However, the host was easy to reach and issues were quickly resolved. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our Family of 5

We loved staying here. Easily drove to Legoland one day, then walked to the beach the next. The backyard was a great place to eat dinner. The garage had fun things for the kids to play with. I would stay here again next year.

This is a beautiful property one block from Carlsbad State Beach. The property has beach games, a bbq, and beach bikes. Really a wonderful place for a family reunion.

location, location, location . . .

We rented Epic for a month. Our grandkids (1.5 yrs and 3.5 yrs), and their parents joined us for a week. The bungalow handled us all quite well with its open floorplan. My only complaint was having to watch Daniel the Tiger at 6am. :) The fenced in backyard was great for the kids (and adults), the front year was also great for their scooters and the location in a cul de sac made our stay quiet. We especially liked the location. Only 1.25 blocks to the beach and amazing sunsets; from there only a 6 block walk along the sea wall into town. The hosts are very nice and were responsive (I had a few questions at the beginning of our stay).We look forward to returning.

Family trip

Location is great proximity to beach, restaurants and Legoland. Provided minimal kitchen basics, but had to purchase napkins, paper towels, sponges and salt/pepper. Around the house are signs saying the plumbing is sensitive which we had some issues but the owner was quick to respond and fix right away. Pictures of property definitely show it at its prime state as there is some general wear and tear and mold in bathroom.

Lego Land Vacation

We stayed here while we visited Lego Land. The house is ideal for families with the bunk beds and the fenced in yard. The beach toys were an added plus. The beach is right down the road too.

Perfect Christmas Holiday

My family and I loved staying at this property. It is a beautiful house in a great location (less than 10 min walk to the beach!). The host is very responsive and made sure our stay was great. My family loves to cook and this property has pretty much everything you need to make a Christmas dinner (just need to bring your own foil, cling wrap, etc). They even had Pyrex for leftovers! Also, the backyard is beautiful and they have chairs you can use while at the beach. Everything was great and I would love to stay here again. Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!
