This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, highly sought after ground floor unit with direct access to the resort courtyard and pool. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 people, with one king bed in the master bedroom (sleeps 2), one queen bed (sleeps 2) in the second bedroom, and one queen sized sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living room. Unit also has a complete kitchen, nice dining area, and balcony. The unit is equipped with A/C, TV, Wi-Fi (with public computers also available in library).

The resort itself has great family resort atmosphere and is also comfortable for retirees. The resort also offers free parking in the on-site garage (one spot only per unit), pool, hot tub, fire pits, BBQ, fitness room, free beach equipment and bikes. The fire pits in the quad are nice for sitting and enjoying the company of family and friends. There can be live music on the lawn on weekends, wine and cheese socials, sun-bathers, readers/relaxers, families, honeymooners, which can make it a lively and busy place.

The resort is located close to ocean, and is very short walking distance to beach. It has one of the very best locations in Carlsbad, within walking distance of downtown Carlsbad Village with many excellent restaurants. The Amtrak/Coaster train station is only three blocks way. Carlsbad beach has a long boardwalk to enjoy for morning and evening walks.

There is an adults only hot tub spa and a separate family friendly hot tub spa.

CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
