Wonderful Place Near Big Sur!

We had a lovely stay. Thank you! The space is cozy, as very accurately described in the listing, but immaculately clean, adorably decorated, and extremely well located if you want to go to Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Good communication from the host about check in, etc. Highly recommend!

Nestled in the lovely Carmel Valley yet mere minutes from everything the Monterey Peninsula offers. Suite was exactly as pictures presented. Our host, Angela, thought of everything. Perfectly appointed accommodations in immaculate condition. Leaving the tranquility was the only hard part. Looking forward to another stay soon!!

Quite & Cozy Getaway

A lovely and quiet getaway for those wanting to visit the Carmel/Monterey area. The room has a "country cottage" feel with a lovely path through fragrant gardens to a small sunny patio, a simple but well-appointed room with a private entrance, and gracious hosts. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were kind, even purchasing a cot so my daughter could get permission to stay off base with us (she is at the Presidio language school) for a couple of days, which warmed my mother's heart. The location is perfect--a short drive to Carmel, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey, wine country, Pebble Beach, or a slightly longer drive to Big Sur. It was so nice to come back to complete peace and privacy after a busy day seeing the sights. I can't imagine staying anywhere else--it really made our visit with our daughter idyllic.

A hidden gem!

We absolutely loved our time in this special place! Tucked away amongst the woods, the secret garden that emerged from behind the dramatic gate took our breath away! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and looked just like the listing—simply charming! The location was great—close to everything we wanted it to be—just a little hard to find! We put the address into Apple Maps, and it got us lost! We (obviously!) found it, eventually, and ended up dropping a pin of the location to get back each time we left!

Wonderfully tranquil and quiet stay!

Away from the hustle and bustle of Carmel, we settled into a very cute and quaint studio that had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay there and will return!

Very Private location! You're tucked away on a private drive with nothing but the sounds of the birds chirping in the morning. Super Host, Angela, was very direct with her instructions on checking in. Great getaway for two!

Pleasant stay

The pictures and description match the property and suite. The suite was very clean, the shower is small with great water pressure. There is a microwave, hot plate with fry pan, no other stove. The coffee maker is a standard size drip unit. Angela was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
