The name says it all! “Carmel Valley Views” is a spacious two-story property in Carmel just minutes from 17-Mile Drive, Carmel Beach, Mission Ranch, and downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Stepping out onto an elevated wraparound deck, however, you’ll gasp at sweeping panoramic views extending all the way out to the Santa Lucia Mountains that tower over a lush Carmel Valley to the east and south.

From the moment of arrival, it’s clear that this home has mastered the use of height to brilliant effect. An orange tree greets you at the base of a long ascending driveway, from which you’ll receive your first glimpses of the home’s exterior: a Tudor-style façade, walls of massive windows, lengthy decks that run along three sides of the second story, and a fourth deck granting separate access to a lower-level bonus room and media room.

The Space:

Seize this rare opportunity for your family or group to stay in a newly remodeled, spacious home in Carmel, California. This four  (4) bedroom, four+ (4.5) bath plus a separate bonus room with additional seating and 55" flat screen T.V. This home provides guests with sweeping, panoramic views of Carmel Valley and the Santa Lucia Mountains to the east and south. Visitors often find views of the Pacific Ocean to the southwest, depending upon the marine layer.

Valley View's recent remodel includes new wood plank floors, a new white Shaker kitchen with granite counter tops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, new fixtures and new bathrooms. Even the laundry room has new cabinets and appliances!!!

Valley Views upper level offers a living room, dining area, full kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space, a game room with pool table plus four (4) bed rooms,  all of which come with their own remodeled bath done in marble.

The living room is furnished with a high quality leather sectional, burl-wood end tables, a convertible bench / coffee table and new, large 4K UHD Flat Screen TV

The Master suite features a new Cal King bed, luxury linens, new, large 4K UHD Flat Screen TV, and a spa-like Master bath complete with separate tub, shower stall, towels and linens. An exterior door provides guests with access to the back deck, enclosed yard and garden.

Valley View's second bedroom suite provides a choice between a new King bed or two new Twin beds, each with luxury linens and bedding. This room also offers guests a new, large 4K UHD Flat Screen TV. A newly remodeled, private bath is fully provisioned to meet guests needs. 

The third bedroom is furnished with a new Queen bed and luxury linens.  A newly remodeled, private bath with tile and glass shower stall is fully  supplied to meet guests needs. A sliding door affords guests egress to the patio and enclosed back yard. This bedroom also has a new Flat Screen TV

The main level is rounded out with a half bath / powder room, ample storage and closet space and an easily accessible, spacious laundry room equipped with a new, high efficiency Samsung Washer and Dryer set.

Valley View's separate lower level consists of a media / game room with 9' ceilings and a 4th bedroom. Each room has it's own separate entrance and the lower level provides an additional full bath. The media room and bonus room also have large 4K UHD Flat Screen TV's. The lower level also offers wonderful views of Carmel and Carmel Valley.

Your hosts have provided the services of Carmel Coast Estate, Inc a locally owned and operated full service Real Estate and Property Management company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit.

County of Monterey Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate # 001086. Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

Great Spring Break
We had a great stay at this home. It had both great, comfortable spaces for us to hang out together, but also plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and so well equipped! We had a great time exploring Carmel, the beach, and nearby views and vistas:)

House on the Hill
The house is very beautiful, the views are really nice. It is hard to find a nice listing with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. We had a little difficulty finding the house, we needed to make a right then a quick left. We missed the second sign. The location is really close to everything, We had a very nice time and the house was exactly as shown. One comment, it could use a full length mirror. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a great property!
We love this house. locations is perfect - not far from Carmel - not far from Monterey / Seaside. LOVED that every bedroom has it's own full bathroom with shower! very pet friendly - views are unbelievable. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool table is so fun. just GREAT!

This property was perfect. Everyone had plenty of space, it was clean, well-stocked and the property management company was amazing! One thing to note that we weren't aware of when we booked, is that the separate bedroom is only accessible from outside and is a short, steep walk down the driveway. We originally thought this space would have been perfect for my parents, but it turned out to not be an easy entrance for them to navigate. The driveway is definitely steep. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Perfect get away
The house was very spacious for 7 people including 3 dogs (1 big one). Very warming and inviting kitchen and dining room allowing everyone to be together while meals are being prepped and cooked. 10 out 10 and would stay here again in a heartbeat
