Welcome to Pacific Serenade!
Pacific Serenade is a 1360 square foot Carmel-by-the-Sea home with an additional 400 square foot guest suite on an extra large lot offering a large back yard, colorful garden, and additional outdoor seating.
Both of Pacific Serenade's houses were newly remodeled in 2016-2017. The main house entry opens into an open beamed great room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Two comfortable seating areas offer ample room for family and friends to gather for conversation, a glass of wine and a cozy fire.
Pacific Serenade has a large, fully accoutered and updated kitchen with new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, gas range and oven, granite counter-tops with a breakfast nook and easy access to the dining area that seats six.
The main house has (2) two bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. Pacific Serenade's master suite offers guests a new King bed with luxurious linens and a private bath with spacious tile and glass shower stall. Sliding doors from the Master suite lead out to a large deck, enclosed back yard and garden.
Pacific Serenade's guest bedroom has a comfortable new Queen bed with new linens and comforter. The second full bath also offers a spacious tile and glass door shower stall.
The detached Master Suite / Guest House is situated above a two car garage and offers it's occupants a private deck for relaxing and viewing the beautiful sunsets over Carmel Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This adds an additional 400 sq feet to the entire space.
This suite also offers guests a new King bed with deluxe linens and comforter and a comfortable seating area with a sectional sofa.
The updated efficiency kitchen adjoins the dining area, which easily accommodates four (4) for meals. Finally, a full bath with tile and stone shower stall serves Pacific Serenade's guests.

Taking your first step into the open beamed great room at this single-level home in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea, you’ll sense instinctually why its name is “Pacific Serenade.” The rooms sing, and their song sounds like wine glasses clinking together, the laughter of your friends, and stimulating conversations by a towering rock fireplace. In this high-pitched-ceilinged room with traditional dark wood accents, stately furniture, and walls of stylish artwork, it feels natural to picture it pulsating with the energy of people orbiting through the space, moving in and out of the adjacent chef’s kitchen, sitting at the dining table, helping themselves from a charcuterie board, and simply having an amazing night in good company.

We visit Carmel each year and this year's stay was terrific. The property mgmt company was very responsive and communication was good. Location was excellent for us, as we like to walk to town. The beach is a short drive for most people, but certainly walkable if you're fit. Really great experience and we'll try to stay here again.

Wonderful home, the kitchen could use a few more details. I bought 2 cookie sheets as there were none. Only 2 dish towels. Only 8 plates. The dishwasher needs to be services. All minor things for this fabulous home. Lovely fenced yard.
