Private entrance. Two rooms with a private bath (shower) kitchenette (no oven) on lower level of home. View: Pebble Beach Forest and off toward the ocean. Floor to ceiling windows. Working wood-burning fireplace. Queen memory foam mattress. Deck with table, chairs and chaise. Free parking. Wireless internet, Tv, VCR, Turntable, many books.Peaceful. NOTE: The access is down a hill on walkway as represented in photo. Need to carry, not roll, any luggage. There are a few steps to the deckannd 2 in the unit it is built into a hillside.
Coffee (French press pot) and tea provided as well as snacks, instant oatmeal, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, hairdryer, wall heaters, portable fan, games, books, many other amenities. Laundry room available - shared with owner.
