Ground-Floor House, Beaches and Shops Within Walking Distance

This quiet seaside house, tastefully renovated, offers on the ground floor a beautiful living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge. You have direct access to the south-facing garden, enclosed by hedges, inviting you to relax and enjoy meals thanks to the outdoor furniture and plancha. A first bathroom with shower and a WC are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a second bathroom with bathtub and a WC, as well as two bright bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds; one of the rooms also has a 90 x 190 cm bed.



Ideally located in the heart of Carnac Plage, the house allows you to walk to the main beach and Men Dû beach. Tennis, padel, or pétanque enthusiasts can also reach the courts via small paths. Carnac, a renowned seaside resort in Southern Brittany, is appreciated for its fine sandy beaches and its famous rows of menhirs. A supermarket, shops, and restaurants are nearby. One parking space is allocated to the accommodation.



You can request in advance a travel cot and a high chair. Small pets are allowed.



Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants based on trust, or can be offered as an option (to be specified when booking) and is available for an extra fee. The condition of the house will be checked after each rental and cleaning will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.
