Located just a short walk from the Carnac alignments, it features a lovely 50 m² living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 500 m² for you to enjoy.



A cot can be provided free of charge on request from the concierge.



The south-facing accommodation is composed as follows:



Ground floor:

- 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area

- An open kitchen equipped with: filter coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob....

- Separate WC.



First floor:

- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).

- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).

- Bedroom 3: two single beds.

- Shower room with bathtub

- Separate WC.



For added convenience: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.



Exterior:

- A beautiful, enclosed, south-facing garden of approx. 200 m².

- A 20 m² terrace with outdoor furniture.



The house is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Close to the entire south Morbihan coast (Carnac, Quiberon...).
