Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans ce logement durant le week-end de la PentecĂŽte, en groupe : trois couples avec sept enfants, dont un bĂ©bĂ© qui rampe et deux enfants en bas Ăąge.DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons constatĂ© de nombreux problĂšmes dâhygiĂšne et de sĂ©curitĂ©, que nous avons signalĂ©s au propriĂ©taire dĂšs le lendemain.Dans la grande maison : (odeur persistante dâhumiditĂ© et de moisissure, moquette sale, prises Ă©lectriques non conformes, dominos Ă©lectriques apparents et posĂ©s Ă mĂȘme le sol dangereux pour les enfants, câest dâailleurs le bĂ©bĂ© qui rampe qui est tombĂ© dessus, balai WC dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable, barres de douche rouillĂ©es, rideau de douche moisi).Dans la petite maison : le logement Ă©tait rendu inutilisable Ă cause dâune forte odeur de fosse septique. Lâair y Ă©tait irrespirable, provoquant des hauts-le-cĆur chez les enfants. Lors de notre Ă©change tĂ©lĂ©phonique, le propriĂ©taire nous a lui-mĂȘme indiquĂ© quâil Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ au courant de ce problĂšme, sa femme de mĂ©nage le lui ayant signalĂ© auparavant. Sâajoutaient Ă cela un pommeau de douche et un porte-savon rouillĂ©s, ainsi quâun balai WC trĂšs sale.MalgrĂ© tous ces problĂšmes, nous avons tentĂ© de trouver un arrangement Ă lâamiable avec le propriĂ©taire. Il nous a proposĂ© une solution qui nâĂ©tait absolument pas Ă la hauteur des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments rencontrĂ©s. Vacance famille
Tout les ans nous partons en famille 8 adulte et 5 enfants, le propriétaire est trÚs gentil et disponible si Probleme . Le jardin est top et les petit sentier sont tres simpas a faire , nous avons passer 4 jours agréable dans cette maison. Je recommande.
