Welcome to Hitt'n the Beach! A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo with a great ocean view. Directly across the street is the beach access (a one-minute walk) and the community pool. We just completed a remodel including granite kitchen countertops, hardwood floors and fresh paint - you'll love the way it looks. We have a large open floor plan with the kitchen, living and dining rooms where everyone can gather and enjoy their vacation time. The deck off the dining room has a great ocean view, sit out and enjoy a cold drink on a warm summer afternoon.

The living room & all bedrooms have large flat screen TV's, and we have Wi-Fi and a DVD player. We have parking for 3 cars, one covered, and a locked storage closet in the carport for all your beach gear and bikes. We also have an outdoor shower to rinse off.

We are a little island but with lots of fun things to do: the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War museum, two boardwalks, two fishing piers, Britt's Donuts (an institution since 1939), Squiggly's Ice Cream Shop, and Freeman Park - where you can drive out and camp right on the beach. We offer free live bands, carnival rides, and fireworks during the summer and of course have some delicious seafood restaurants. What more could you want! You can book your reservation right from our website or, if you prefer, give us a call, and we'll be glad to help make your vacation a special one!

Outdoor Pool open May 1st through Oct 15th. An outside HOA company manages this pool. We are not responsible for closings, nor does this qualify you for a refund or discount.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
This is a no smoking, no pets property.
You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets.

Great Location !

Our family stayed last week of Aug. so the Labor Day crowd started coming in on Thursday. But, due to being so close to the Boardwalk we could walk to restaurants and avoid traffic and parking hassles.

Beautiful place to stay & great location

Outstanding customer service. The property manager assisted us with a few concerns within the hour both issues. One was after 9pm , had the HVAC maintenance there by 10pm to fix the issue. The place was beautiful and the location was great spot to attractions and the beach and pool steps away. We will definitely stay at a place where A1 property takes care of it. 5 star rating for us.

Much bigger than it looks in photos!

This was a terrific property for a long weekend. The property itself is much larger than it looks in the photos. The beach access is directly across the street and the pool was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

One of our best vacations

My family and i have been going to Carolina beach for 8 years. This was one of the cleanest nicest places we have stayed. I was a little worried from the listing about how far the pool and beach access would be. When we got there it was literally right across the street. The property managers were awesome we had a very small issue with the master bathroom and they had it fixed within 3 hours. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean

One of the nicer beach rentals we've stayed in. Loved the stylish beach decor. Everything was as described and very clean (no stains on bedding or furniture, no dust bunnies under anything, no hair in the bathrooms, fridge and microwave spotless, etc.). The property manager was kind enough to let us check in an hour early. Future renters might want to know that the wifi is pretty slow. Fortunately we didn't have to work, but if we did it might have been a problem. We brought our own sheets but didn't bring extra blankets. Would have preferred an extra layer as the beds only have thin quilts. These are just FYIs for other renters - overall this is a great rental option.

Nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina

..

From the moment we booked to check in and little messages or questions to the property managers, everything was clear, handled remarkably quickly and we could not be more pleased. Restaurant recommendations were fabulous, location is perfect since it’s just across the tiny street and on to the beach access. Had to pass the pool which was very clean and very full. No shade at the pool so be aware of that. We stayed less than 7 days so we brought our own sheets. Had no issues doing that. The kitchen was crazy well stocked. Even the pantry had books, games and paper products for us to use. They’re was a baby booster seat which we didn’t use but could have if we had known not to bring our own. Again
not really an issue but good for others to know. Plenty of hot water, cool water and detergents for both washer and dishwasher. We never ran out of anything during our stay. There are beach items in the storage closet for each unit. We didn’t need them but good to know they’re there. I did bring an outdoor table cover. It was just a little more colorful that way. The palm trees do offer a nice bit of privacy and shield from any raindrops. The beds and sofas are remarkably comfy, firm and supportive but not super hard where you might have back issues. Pillows were perfect and there were extra blankets and pillows too. We were able to use the bunk bed room with a full pack and play with plenty of space to spare. Honestly we enjoyed this place so much we are already holding a spot for the same pre memorial day week in 2023 but we are going to stay longer. You can walk to the boardwalk easily from the condo. Go get some Britts donuts and check out the gelato place that faces the boardwalk. They are wonderful people and have terrific flavors.

Great beach trip for our 3-generation family

The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach access. The condo was very comfortable for grandparents, parents and grandchildren. It was equipped with everything we needed and in walking distance to good places to eat. We made great family memories and hope to visit again.

Fall Getaway

Hitt-N the Beach was amazing! The tall ceilings made the space feel big, while the furniture arrangement was really cozy. The location could not have been better-very close to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. We travelled with 2 young adults and a 16 year old. They were able to walk everywhere. The 15- hour car ride from Indiana to spend time with our son in the USAF, was worth the drive to stay at your property. We forgot to arrange for the linens and towels and Paul was very accommodating with our last minute request. We spent most of the evenings at the outdoor table, laughing and listening to the waves. My husband loves to grill and the charcoal grill provided was a bonus for him. We've stayed in VRBO's in Topsail, Wrightsville and now Carolina Beach. This was by far my favorite property! Thank you.

Beautiful Condo

Hands down one of the nicest condos we have stayed at in Carolina Beach. Beach access was very simple. We had to change our resrvation due to COVID and the management company was very willing to work with us. Due to our date change we were a little disappointed the pool was closed. We will definitely stay their again. Loved that it was also in walking distance of the board walk!

Did not receive check in door code upon arrival. I needed to call the property manager. They were unavailable and directed me to the owner who provided the codes. There was not a complete setting of dishes in the house The master bathtub had yellow stains Over 50% The chair in the master bedroom was filthy There was no patio furniture on the master bedroom deck The place was crawling with cockroaches! We saw a dead one in our master bedroom and two live ones outside by the staircase. Upon departure, our guests shared with us that they killed one in the laundry room and two in their room. I was notified!!

Great beach condo!

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. You couldn't ask for better proximity to the beach. And it's close enough to restaurants and other activities, without being in the thick of things and around a lot of noise. The condo was also very clean and had everything we needed. We loved eating meals out on the covered balcony where you could hear the ocean and see a small glimpse of it. We really enjoyed this condo. The only negative thing I can say about the condo was the king size master bed which was uncomfortably firm. I would suggest that the owner invest in a thick mattress topper to make it a little more comfy for guests.
