Welcome to Chasin' Waves at Carolina Beach! Chasin' Waves is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, oceanfront condo! Wake up, take a deep breath of ocean air, feel the warm sun on your face, exhale. Relax - you are at the beach! Where else can you take in a breathtaking sunrise and a great cup of coffee on your private balcony, then stroll down the beach to the boardwalk and grab some Britts donuts for breakfast?! That's just the start of many incredible memories you'll make visiting Carolina Beach. We love this island and we are happy to share both the island and our home with you!

New in 2023: New bedroom furniture in both bedrooms, new mattresses and new box springs! We include all linens, sheets and towels with your rental! We believe a great vacation starts with a good night's sleep which is why both bedrooms are equipped with room darkening curtains. The master bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, a 45" HDTV, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a closet with hangers, as well as a small private deck. We keep a small black fan in the closet of the master bedroom for additional air flow or to use as a sound machine to help you sleep!

The guest bedroom also has a closet and direct access to a bathroom with a stand up shower and extended vanity. There are additional blankets in the closets and extra towels under the bathroom sinks.

Our dining room table is equipped with a butterfly leaf, so please feel free to make it larger or smaller to accommodate your group.

The living room is equipped with a 45" HDTV, a ceiling fan, and a sleeper sofa with an upgraded queen “cool dreamz” mattress. And last, but certainly not least, the oceanfront porch is large enough to comfortably accommodate seating for multiple people. There is a small high top table, 2 swivel chairs and 2 stools. You can also use our high-boy beach chair or any of the kitchen stools for additional seating. We plan to add a few more seats this summer!

Parking! 1 reserved space directly under the building and 1 additional space in the lot directly across the street.

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Cute, clean, and in the perfect location. We had a great time despite the rain. The condo was perfect for 4 adult's. The beach view was good. The kitchen had all we needed. Good beach access. We would stay there again. Only issue was someone was parked in the parking spot under the condo when we arrived. Thankfully there werr enough spots across the street.

Sunrise on the beach

Absolutely the best feature were the sunrises. The kitchen had everything+. The shower was warm and had good pressure. The bed was comfortable. Thank you for the extras: snacks, instant coffee, and the bottle of wine. Parking is tight. One oversized SUV blocked others. Thankfully, there is extra parking across the street. Contradicting check-out instructions between email and the house binder for linens and towels. Cleaners did not empty coffee grinds from coffeemaker prior to our arrival. If you require secure, encrypted wifi, check first. Good stay.

A Piece of Tranquility!!

Location! Location! Location! The condo had great views of the ocean from the covered deck. There was a private boardwalk to the beach literally right there. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for both our stay and the beach. The host (Chris) was very quick to respond when I had a quick question. Perfect spot to vacation with an AMAZING location!! Thank you!!

Incredible location, great stay

My wife and I just got back from a Labor Day weekend stay here. We had an amazing time. The location is unbeatable: oceanfront and a quick 20 minute walk to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. The unit itself is well adorned and so comfy, especially the bed in the master. The front door can be a bit tricky to open, but a quick call to Chris when we checked in solved our issue and we had no problems for the rest of our stay. We had a great time and hope to come back in the future!

Great spot in Carolina Beach

The condo was very well located near boardwalk, amazing restaurants and right on the beach. We walked to everything. Carolina beach is a perfect spot for a laid back family vacation. Communication with host was unreliable though which it difficult when door lock malfunctioned locking us out unexpectedly .But overall our stay was great.

That Sunrise!

A delightful getaway spot for a birthday week. Easy beach access and so much sky watching to be had! Clean. Well-appointed. Close enough to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk, but far enough away to be out of the hub-bub. Truly comfortable beds, too.

It was a nice little place to stay. We enjoyed the different places to eat and the grocery stores near by. The place needed a few repairs but overall it was great for a short stay. Great weekend getaway!

Great place to stay! Loved the quiet, calm location. We loved being so close to the beach. Great communication with property owner! They were quick to respond to emails with my questions before our stay. Place was clean, inviting and had great amenities. We would definitely recommend this property!
