Beach renourishment is expected Fall 2025. Beach erosion is in progress (it comes and goes) and if the immediate Periwinkle beach access is inaccessible to walk, you can access the beach at the neighboring Clam Shell public beach access or at Freeman Park (North of Carolina Beach Pier). New for 2022: New coffee table, end tables, and nightstands. For 2021: New queen mattress and box spring, washer and dryer, and paint throughout. For 2019: New vinyl plank flooring throughout and fresh paint. Fresh paint outside as well.

Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 1st floor (least amount of steps), spacious two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional $150 fee) and RELAXATION is required!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.

There is a 40” HDTV with a DVD player in the living room, a 28” HDTV in the master bedroom, and a TV with DVD player in the second bedroom. Each TV is connected to cable. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two vehicles. One spot is covered and directly under the condo. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND.

Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (restaurants, shops, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! **NOM NOM NOM**

Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Please note that VRBO charges you a service fee and I can't remove it. Check-in is at 4pm, checkout is at 11 am.

Perfect place to stay with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Tim was extremely helpful throughout the trip and highly recommend this place to anyone! We had a storm come thru and had to leave a few days early due to coastal floods but Tim offered a refund without having to be asked which speaks volumes about how he treats his guests. We will definitely return in the future.

We have stayed here a few times in the past. My husband summarized it best, this place feels comfortable, like as if we were home. We enjoy staying here and Tim is always great to work with. The beach access is currently closed due to the erosion, but that did not stop my son from finding a play area and an open access location was not that far of a walk. Also, in October make sure to go to the pier’s pumpkin patch. We look forward to next year!

Not a bad place to stay. Just a couple of things I would change. The master shower was really small and was dirty when we got there but that was rectified immediately. The master bedroom was missing the remote to the fan so you couldn't have it on without the light being on. A dresser drawer was broken in there too. Remotes for TVs and other fans were in the wrong room and one of them didn't have batteries. Balcony was great to watch the ocean and spacious. Upgraded kitchen appliances were GREAT. Over all I would stay here again. The host was helpful and the issues were minor so we can't complain!

The location of this property is great! Your steps from the beach. The condo itself is nice. The balcony is nice but the carpet is old and needs to be changed. The kitchen is really small, cramped and only two people at time can be in there. You do need to bring your own linen’s, towel, chairs and pot holders because the kitchen did not have them. All in all this place was dog & kid friendly and a good location to stay.

Nice place and awesome location!

The condo was perfect for what we needed and the beach is very clean and beautiful. We loved being close to the carnival (expensive but a great time) and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

Breath Taking Sunrises

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property was clean and well furnished. There was plenty of room to lay out XL. Dog beds for our fur babies too. Everything we or could have wanted was within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. We suggest having dinner at Michael’s and Flaming Amy’s. The sunrises are worth getting up early for. The balcony has the perfect view to sit back and enjoy the morning. The beach and restaurants was surprisingly dog friendly.

Perfect for Pups

The condo is just as the photos showed. It is very clean and perfect for a small family to enjoy the beach. The property manager did a great job communicating and we were well prepared for our stay! Our 2 doodles loved people watching on the ocean side balcony. We will return soon!

Weekend getaway

We checked in on a Friday afternoon with no problem at all! The place was clean and quaint! We came with our dog and we could tell right away it was a dog friendly neighborhood which we were happy about! The bed was comfy and the living room was cozy as well with the balcony right off it. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some which was so convenient! Tim’s recommendations were spot on and made for a great trip for us even though it was short! Would definitely stay here if we visit again!

My family and I decided to get out of town together for Thanksgiving. The unit was very close quarters, which was not the way it was advertised. Previous people had stated kitchen was small but honestly overall the entire condo was very tight. Also stated in the reservation was a checklist of things to get done before departure, and the cleaning staff does a supposed great job and were the deciding factor on any extra fees that you would be charged. What we found just in kithen cabinets and the dishes, or cookware was dirty. In the back bedroom the box fan that was provided was so dusty it stirred up a small dust cloud.Before getting there the property manager was very responsive and fast with answers. Once we arrived I had messaged about the beach access because there were signs and a chain across the access point, he responded back the day we departed. The one thing we all liked about the place was the oceanfront balcony which was a great size to accommodate a family unlike the unit inside. The oceanfront part should have stated that it was limited because view was mostly blocked by sand dunes. Not to mention the floor had 2 very noticable sunk in soft spots, with several water spots in the ceiling. I love the beach and would not complain but i felt all these issues should be addressed. My suggestion would be fix the places in floor and ceiling, and follow up with your cleaning staff. Until anin.thesyodreaclees.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was Great that we were allowed to bring out dogs. The condo was clean and convenient to stores, shops etc. The price was more than reasonable. The host was very nice and quick to answer any questions..I will be returning.

Beautiful Codo!

We absolutely loved the location. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was well decorated. The only recommendation I have is I would update the listing to state what type of coffee maker there is so people know what to buy in advance. We weren’t sure if we should bring pods or regular ground coffee.

Great getaway!

The property was so nice! Everything was just as it looked online. Condo was so clean and neat. The only downfall was the entrance to the beach was a 8 ft drop off because of beach erosion. We will stay again!

We love this place!

This is our second time staying here. Tim is great to deal with and the condo is perfect for our little family. We like to stay towards Freeman Park which makes this location ideal. The only complaint is we had to leave.

Great Place!

Great place to stay ocean front. Beautiful view of sunrise and awesome sound of the waves rolling in. All the comforts of home in a wonderful Carolina beach setting. We really enjoyed our stay!
