Experience a peaceful seaside escape in our top-floor, oceanfront condo with two bedrooms and a spacious deck offering panoramic views of the Atlantic. We had an absolute blast!!! We are looking at dates to book here again. It was close to everything and the view of the ocean off the beautiful porch was breathtaking!!!! Parking is a little pain, but overall this is a wonderful place to make memories and have a wonderful family vacation!!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was the absolute perfect location. I had an issue with finding parking passes and Recieved help right away. My only two complaints were not being able to have golf cart parking since we only had 1 vehicle on the property and the walk way to the beach was full of sand and over grown. We would recommend this condo to others. It really was a nice place and we enjoyed our beach vacation.

Just what we needed

We had a great time. The place was clean and had everything we needed (note to future lodgers to check what’s included and bring additional items - toilet paper, hand/body soap, trash bags. Or do an inventory on arrival and get with your first grocery shop, not a negative just a heads up). The proximity to the beach, town center and grocery were excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great. Overall the unit is nice, however it is in very much need of updating as the furniture and accessories are dated. Water pressure is not great and the temperature during a shower fluctuated. Dryer doesn't work the best and noticed some rust stains on clothes that we washed. Mattress in master was not comfortable at all. We made the best of it and did have a good stay but probably wouldn't rent this unit again until it was updated.

Ocean view is nice in this condo. Overall the condo was ok but needs updating, painting, etc. As far as places I have been on vacation this is one of the loudest because it is an older building and just not be insulated well. Parking is an issue because there is no way to not block vehicles in. I witnessed people arguing about getting blocked in and we had to move our vehicle so a housecleaner for another unit could park. We left our number on a vehicle so they could call us if they were blocked in and needed to get out and they did. The air conditioning filter had thick layers of dust on it but was changed quickly.

Carolina Beach Condo

The views and location are wonderful as anticipated from the description. The check in process was seamless and staff were kind. Upon arrival, we quickly realized the sheets weren’t washed or changed. There were black hairs throughout the entire bed including sheets and pillows, most likely from a dog. The bathroom sink and toilet had hairs throughout and I assume the cleaners just didn’t clean. The kitchen mats were covered and stained in something gross. One of the patio chairs was almost broken so you couldn’t lean back in it, and the other 2 were so rusted it stained our pants after sitting. The kitchen lights had dead bugs, & the hall bathroom was not cleaned. You have to bring your own toilet paper and kitchen towels if you plan to use more than one roll.
