We offer our guests a complete and comfortable condo on the island, just 100 steps from the sand. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. Additionally, there is a pull out queen size Murphy bed for separate sleeping. All you will need to pack is your bathing suit and your toothbrush. We provide all the basics, including Wi-Fi. You can hear the ocean from the deck. Relax on the deck or kick back on the sofa inside and watch a show on the flat screen tv. You can take a swim in the pool or read a book. Select a book from our assortment provided. We have a complete kitchen with major and small appliances. Washer and dryer included.

PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. OWNERS ARE ALLERGIC TO ALL PETS.
YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU BRING A PET.

The unit was clean, neat and had all the necessary things for a relaxing vacay. If you cannot be (or don't want to be) oceanfront, this unit offers great views of the ocean and you're close enough to hear the waves. Communication with the host was truly the best we've ever had using VRBO.

Perfect little escape

Such a cute little condo! Easy accessibility to the beach. Jane was so helpful with the check-in process. Even though we did not partake, I have never had certain things supplied at rentals before (trash bags, detergent, soaps, shampoo, etc.) it was so above and beyond. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Perfection

The unit was just perfect. It was clean and the owner was in contact with me to make sure I had a good stay. The beach was just steps away and the pool was located right behind the unit. Everything was close by and it was quiet and relaxing. Definently will be staying there again.

Gorgeous, cozy condo

We absolutely loved this property! It was EXTREMELY clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful and so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves with a cup of coffee in the morning. Stairs are no joke but you’ll get used to them. It’s worth it for the balcony view and lack of people above you. Perfect for 2 people, quiet place, all the neighbors are respectful of noise. Will definitely be staying in this little oasis again!

Rest and relaxation

This was possibly the best beach trip I’ve taken. The condo is across the street from the ocean but has a good ocean view. It’s less than a minute walk to the beach. It was super clean and comfy. There were tons of amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, some food supplies like salt pepper oil even ramen noodles and coffee filters. The whole trip was so relaxing. It was a quiet place and the beach is equally quiet. We will visit again soon.

Great Location with View

This was our second time staying at this property. It's a great size for two. Love that you can see the water in two directions from the porch. The only big negative is the walk up a lot of stairs. In the hot weather it's very draining. We leave our beach stuff in the car so we don't have to drag it up and down. Otherwise.. it's a short walk to the beach and close enough to restaurants and activities but far enough to be "quieter" and less crowded.

Up three flights of outside stairs to get to this property !!!

First the good stuff: The property was clean, comfortable, attractively furnished, well maintained, had all the supplies I needed and close to the beach. Communications with property manager were timely and helpful The really bad stuff: I have reviewed the online property listing several times now and I see NO notice that you have to climb three flights of outside stairs to get to the property. Totally UNACCEPTABLE ! I am 86 years old and in pretty good health so I was able to make the climb several times per day but I want to make it clear I WOULD NOT HAVE RESERVED THIS PROPERTY IF I HAD KNOW ABOUT THE STAIRS. I only remained because I had family staying further up the beach.

Peaceful Stay

The condo is clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. The bedroom doesn't face the main street so it was quiet and enjoyable. The host is simply amazing. We felt treated as family. Look forward to going back soon!

Beach Condo

The condo was a small nice place. We liked the short walk to the beach. I read all the reviews, they were all positive. They warned you about the stairs no elevator. I believe we are a in a little better shape now 😂. They also warned you of the tight parking, if you have a bigger vehicle. We drove our 1/2 ton pickup. The parking was tight if you wanted to park under the condo in the shade. Thank you for our survivor to remember our trip!

Cute Condo -- Great Location

The condo was nice and clean, cute and had pretty much everything we needed. Also, parking was always available. The only things were that the bed in the bedroom was too soft; The dishwasher was not working and did not get repaired during our stay; There was no cable in the bedroom (It's 2022 -- Please spring for cable in the bedroom -- It can't cost that much); We were not given the code to get into the pool. Overall, we really liked the condo (You can't beat the location), so we would stay there again.

What a nice condo - beautiful views of the beach and ocean and all the supplies and amenities I could want. The process was easy and help was a quick call away when I had questions. I’d be happy to stay there again next time I’m visiting Carolina Beach.
