Magnificent villa with pool, panoramic terrace and great views of the sea and olive trees. It is a new building located in the beautiful countryside but just minutes from the sea of Torre Guaceto and many sights as the famous white city of Ostuni, Martina Franca Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica,, Locorotondo, Alberobello and beautiful areas of Salento. This new modern building is equipped with Wi-Fi, dishwasher, air conditioning and heating. The villa has a large outdoor pool, sunbeds, sofas, a parking area and a barbecue area and is surrounded by a garden with an extended green lawn.

The villa has 2 independent apartments. In the main apartment there are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. In the second apartment there are 1 bedroom, a living room with sofa bed for a total of 4 beds, 2 bathrooms and another kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped and there are many areas indoor and outdoor where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The property is located at the outskirts of Carovigno, is just 15min away to the historical part of Ostuni, the city center with lots of authentic cafés, restaurants, boutiques and markets. Yet, it is very quiet, almost secluded.

It is a modern building located 5 minutes from the sea of Torre Guaceto and many other famous sites such as the white city of Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Locorotondo, Alberobello and other beautiful areas of Salento.
The villa is equipped with wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning and dining area, a large infinity swimming pool, sun beds, sofas, a barbecue area, parking and a large garden with lawn.
The villa consists of 2 independent apartments. One for 6 people and the other for 4 people.

Dieses modernes GebĂ€ude ist mit Wi-Fi, Klimaanlage und Heizung ausgestattet. Die Villa hat einen großen Außenpool, SonnenliegestĂŒhle, Sofas, einem Parkplatz und einem Grillplatz und ist von einem wunderschönen Garten mit grĂŒnen Rasen umgeben. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad; die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man FrĂŒhstĂŒck, Mittag- oder Abendessen genießen kann.
Die Eigenschaft befindet sich am Stadtrand von Carovigno und ist nur 15 Autominuten von der historischen Altstadt von Ostuni entfernt mit vielen authentischen KaffeehÀuser, Restaurants, Boutiquen und MÀrkte. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig und fast abgelegen.
Die Villa ist der ideal Ausgangspunkt um die charmante StĂ€dten von Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino und die UNESCO-geschĂŒtzten StĂ€dte Alberobello, Lecce und Matera zu besuchen. Auch die KĂŒstenstĂ€dte Brindisi, Bari, Otranto und Gallipoli, als auch die sĂŒdlichste Stadt Santa Maria di Leuca sind leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Sonst kann man in dem großen Garten ganz einfach sich entspannen.

Iconic stay at Francesca villa

We booked for 10 days at Francesca’s villa. The villa was as is described and situated in a thick olive grove. There are views from the sea which is about a 10 minute drive to the small seaside town. 10 mins to Caravingo Which is a cute, quiet little town. It’s 20 mins from Brindisi which is a gorgeous little city with an amazing promenade. Overall Giovanna and Francesca were fantastic hosts who were very attentive and responsive to any initial questions we had. It provided a very rustic and authentic Italian experience for us

Beautiful stay in Puglia

The villa is even more beautiful than described, very clean and comfortable, and Rita and Giovanni are great hosts. Very welcoming and responsive for any questions or issues. We were two families staying together and had lots of space. The pool was amazing, very well maintained and clean, with an outdoor shower. Many outdoor sitting areas, and we enjoyed eating on the porch every day. Wifi and air conditioning worked well. Nearest town and groceries are about a 15 minute drive away, so there is nothing within walking distance, but well situated to visit nearby beaches and towns for sightseeing by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful spot for a home base for their visit to Puglia!

A picturesque retreat with all the amenities!

We arrived with a smiling welcome even though we were late. We stayed for 3 full weeks enjoying all Apuglia has to offer and we always felt we had a home to return to. Our hosts, Rita & Giovanni , were the best! They answered all our questions and needs and they were very responsive if we needed anything. The villa was very comfortable and spacious serving all our families needs. The grounds were meticulously kept and the pool! Well let's just say I spent every day swimming in that beautiful, large clean pool, we all loved it! We didn't want to leave, the property, the area and most of all our new friends, Rita & Giovanni. We hope to come back someday and if we do they are the hosts we will look for! Grazie Mille!

Puglia paradise

We explored all of the great sights of Puglia, but coming home to this villa was the best part of the day. The property is large with lots of fruit trees and olive trees around the property, the pool is spectacular and the home is immaculate. The owners are very responsive and went out of their way to make it a perfect experience. If you go to Puglia, this villa is in the center of it all. Look no further- this is a paradise. CH family

Super villa

The villa was really lovely , very spacious and just as described - if not better . The outside areas were brilliant , and the pool was beautiful. The area is so tranquil and peaceful . We had a minor problem which was sorted out immediately. Communication was excellent . 1 small suggestion perhaps to have a few more mugs ? But we had a super week . Thankyou .

Three weeks in the olive groves

We stayed for 3 weeks during August 2022 and had an amazing time. Rita and Giovanni are literally two of the nicest people I’ve ever met and went massively over and above to make our stay memorable and easy (providing recommendations, organising taxis/baby sitters/chef services/ clearing services, and even providing some medical advice!). The highlight of the trip was Rita and Giovanni coming over for dinner to make pizza’s in the professional pizza oven, which is part of the outdoor kitchen. We felt like a real Italian family! The house is great and exactly as advertised and the ground are beautiful. The saltwater pool and outdoor shower got plenty of use with the kids and were a big hit. The villa is an easy drive to Ostuni but there are countless equally beautiful and interesting cities within 30-40 minute drive to explore. The beach is an easy c. 10 minute drive away as well and many beautiful options. You will need a rental car as the house is not really walkable to anything. Overall a fantastic trip, house, and most importantly hosts.

Fantastiskt hus med underbar pool, vuxna som barn kunde hoppa och dyka i den. MÄnga bra platser att vistas pÄ, bÄde i sol och skugga. VÀrdparet Rita och Giovanni var otroligt hjÀlpsamma och trevliga. Simply amazing time and trip to Puglia thanks to Rita and Giovanni!

We have planned our trip to Puglia and were looking for a convenient, central and beautiful location to stay during our 12 day trip. Rita & Giovanni Villa has exceeded all our expectations and we truly enjoyed our stay from the very beginning to the end. It is a charming property that has everything you need to relax and enjoys vacation being surrounded by ancient olive groves offering tranquility and peace while having all the amenities of the modern home. It is very conveniently located to all the key attractions and sightseeing places Puglia has to offer. Rita and Giovanni are simply amazing hosts, super easy and highly responsive in communication, always accessible and very helpful with local tips and suggestions to enjoy the area. We highly recommend this property and hosts and will be gradly returning in the future!

Endlich unser persönliches Paradies gefunden!

Nach mehrfachen AnlĂ€ufen ein geeignetes Feriendomizil fĂŒr die Großfamilie (7+ Hund) zu finden, sind wir hier fĂŒndig geworden. Schon die Anreise durch einen schier unendlichen Olivenhain - fern ab von Partymeile oder Stau - traumhaft! Der Empfang durch die sehr herzlichen EigentĂŒmer des Anwesens - Rita& Giovanni - mit Wein und Olivenöl als Willkommensgeschenk - ein toller Start in den Urlaub. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und bietet reichlich Stauraum, eine großzĂŒgige KĂŒche mit allem was man braucht und herrlich gemĂŒtliche Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten rundherum. Erwartet man allerdings eine luxuriöse oder besonders stylische Einrichtung, könnte man vielleicht etwas enttĂ€uscht sein.. Auch die BĂ€der sind ‚zweckmĂ€ĂŸig’ :) .. Der Garten hingegen besitzt einen parkĂ€hnlichen Charakter - auch die Zufahrt zum Anwesen - wunderbar! Alles landestypisch, sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Zahlreiche ObstbĂ€ume erfreuten besonders die Kinder! Die Krönung der Außenanlage ist der SEHR große und tiefe Pool! TĂ€gliches Toben& Leistungsschwimmen konnten parallel stattfinden! Auch der schon hĂ€ufiger erwĂ€hnte ‚Pizzaabend‘ durch Rita& Giovanni war eines unserer Urlaubshighlights! Beste Pizza ĂŒberhaupt!!! Herzlichen Dank nochmals von allen 11 hungrigen GĂ€sten!!! Um nun nicht nur zu schwĂ€rmen, hier ein paar klitzekleine Kritikpunkte am Paradies.. Eine Wespenplage vereitelte schmerzhaft so manches FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Ob es hier aber tatsĂ€chlich etwas gibt, das Abhilfe schafft? Das WLAN funktionierte zum völligen Entsetzen der Kinder nicht und war auch durch Giovannis mehrfachen Einsatz nicht zu ‚reparieren‘. Die Erwachsenen störte das eher weniger 
 Das Anwesen liegt ca 6 km auf engsten Straßen vom nĂ€chsten BĂ€cker/ Supermarkt entfernt. Man muss also den Einkauf schon etwas planen.. Zum herrlichen Strand sind es dann doch ca 18km (Spiaggia di Pilone). Scheinbar sind wir alle ‚Weich- SchlĂ€fer‘ und hatten Probleme mit den Matratzen - im Appartement ist das Bett etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte vielleicht ausgetauscht werden. Ebenso die Einrichtung dort.. Aber all diese Kritik ist jammern auf höchstem Niveau und schmĂ€lerte keinesfalls unser UrlaubsvergnĂŒgen! Selbst eine vergessene Sonnenbrille sendete uns Rita nach und schimpfte nicht ĂŒber zerbrochene Teller.. Fazit. Ein herrlicher Urlaub im Nirgendwo - mit ausgezeichnetem Preis- LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis! Hoffe, wir kommen bald mal wieder!!

Schöne Villa mit riesigem Pool

Die Villa ist etwa 10 Minuten vom Ortskern entfernt und daher nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer es ruhig haben will, wird hier fĂŒndig. Das Objekt bietet alles fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub mit Freunden oder der (großen) Familie. Besonders der Pool ist der Hammer, da man dort locker mit 8 Personen baden kann und auch mal ein paar Bahnen schwimmen ohne nach einem Zug am anderen Ende zu sein. Toll sind auch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Lounges sowie die OutdoorkĂŒche. Wem also der Spot im Urlaub das wichtigste ist und gerne zu Hause grillt oder kocht ist hier richtig. Wer gerne abends noch kurz vor die TĂŒr will, muss das mit dem Auto machen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und kĂŒmmern sich um alles, der gemeinsame Pizzaback Abend war besonders fĂŒr die Kinder super.

Very nice house with a big and beautiful pool. Airconditioning and a well equipped kitchen. The house is located nicely with only 15 mins drive to Ostuni, beach and Carovigno. Highly recommended

Splendida vacanza in un contesto da sogno

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida Villa con la mia famiglia (6 adulti + 2 bambini) nelle 2 settimane centrali del mese di agosto. La villa Ăš inserita in un contesto suggestivo, presenta ogni tipo di comfort ed il proprietario, Giovanni, Ăš sempre molto attento a qualsiasi richiesta. Nei dintorni Ăš possibile fare diverse escursioni in bici ma anche a piedi nonchĂ© godersi splendide giornate in piscina o raggiungere facilmente il mare. È sicuramente una vacanza che consiglio e che spero di ripetere al piĂč presto!! Grazie. Giulio

Amazing rural retreat

We have just returned from 9 fantastic nights at this amazing rural villa! It was very clean and well equipped and we can’t praise the lovely villa owners, Giovanni and Rita, enough! They were so hospitable, even baking us all a huge pie and showing us how a real pizza is made using the impressive outside pizza oven! The outside space is beautiful with a huge pool and patio area, surrounded by olive and various fruit trees. We feel extremely lucky to have been able to experience this special place in the middle of such gloomy times. We hope to come back again to explore properly in the near future.

Puglian retreat

We had a wonderful 2 weeks' stay in the villa. Gianni and Rita went out of their way to make us welcome and make sure we had everything we needed.........excellent hosts. Complete tranquility amongst the olive groves, yet close enough to lovely beaches, great restaurants and towns. The photos on the website do not do the villa justice - it was just as beautiful on the inside as the outside. Since previous reviews in 2015, owners have installed A/C in the downstairs apartment. We would highly recommend and hope to go back there one day.
