Summary:

Just a 25-minute drive from Mount Gambier along the coastline is No Vew Coastal Accommodation. Located in a small fishing town, Carpenter rocks is best known for its beaches, dirt bike and 4WD trails, swimming and great fishing spots.



A fully furnished & self-contained 4 bedroom beach style home with an additional 5th bedroom coming off the gaming area & a cabin for optional hire.



The cabin is located out the back of the main property. Please make us aware if you would like to book this as it comes as an extra cost per night. Roughly $70



The Space:

The whole family will love our renovated outdoor entertaining games area! Consisting of pool table, TV, Dartboard, BBQ with generous dining table.



Don’t forget your fur babies! No Vew has an enclosed yard for your loved pets with plenty of shade and grass area.



The home also features unlimited internet, ducted heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, a 60inch TV & DVD player. A fridge and freezer, ironing facility and all the linen is supplied.



No Vew is within easy walking distance to the beach, local general store, tennis courts and playground with BBQ area.

No Vew comfortably sleeps 14 guests across 4 bedrooms:

5th Room – Outdoor Suite:

This additional room is located just a few metres from the back door of the main house, within the secure yard. It features a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, 40-inch TV, DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. It accommodates 2 guests and provides direct access to the outdoor area. Please see the floor plan for more details.

The Cabin – Additional Accommodation (Sleeps 5):

For larger groups, No Vew also offers The Cabin, a self-contained space located at the back of the property. It can be used as separate accommodation or combined with the main house via opening gates and fenced yards.

Great spot to stay

Perfect for our multiple generation family stay. Lots of room to spread out & well stocked with kitchen crockery & utensils. Games, books & a pool table had the kids entertainment covered! The bed in the separate area adjoining the undercover bbq was one of the comfiest I've slept in. Look forward to staying again.

It's about 30 minutes to the nearest town (Mt Gambier or Port Macdonnell) but otherwise this is a great property. Spacious and well equipped with good areas for large groups.

Home away from home

Highly recommend this property. We had a group of 14 with three generations and all had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The yard was well fenced and allowed the dogs to roam around without worries of them escaping. Loved the welcome towels and soaps on the bed, made us feel very welcome. Walking distance to the tavern which served yummy food at a good price and staff were great. The late night kangaroo visit was a hoot!

This property has it all !

Great property, we enjoyed the large games room, pool table, darts and arcade games. It was also excellent to have 2 eating areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we required for making large family meals. Carpenter Rocks is an excellent place to come when you want to get away from it all. We basically had the whole beach to ourselves. We also enjoyed everything that Mt Gambier has to offer. Overall we had a fabulous time and thank you very much Zoe

Great Family Getaway

Loved everything about this property. We had a large family gathering for my mother's 80th birthday and No Vew catered for everyone. The house was clean and tidy with adequate bedding for all. All linen and towels were provided which takes away the hassle of bringing it. The large living areas allowed people to spread out and have their own space. The entertainment room kept kids young and old entertained, which was great. The large fenced off yard was perfect for our dog and for the kids to play games. We also hired out the cabin at the back which was perfect as my family was able to isolate away from the main house as we have a young child who is up during the night. We enjoyed strolls along the beach which is only a short distance away from the property and we had a good feed at the local Tavern. Zoe was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you!

Enjoyable Stay

We had a lovely time at No Vew. Zoe was very accommodating when we had to make some alterations to our booking. The rooms were very nice and comfy. As it was winter, it did get a little chilly at night in the bedrooms and the heater was a bit loud. WiFi was a bit patchy. Other than that, everything else about out stay was very pleasant!

Relaxed holiday with family

The No Vew property was perfect for our multi-family holiday. The property was very dog friendly. The games room set up was an excellent meeting/play space. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen has a great mix of utensils/facilities. Fantastic convenient location for being at the beach. An easy place to have young children. There were a few very minor issues but nothing that prevented us enjoying our time and the space. Will definitely look to come again.

Lovely time away

We stayed in the cabin and absolutely loved our little getaway. The cabin was nice, neat and tidy. There is wifi but unfortunately it is connected in the main house and gives poor signal out n the cabin but still accessible. 100% will recommend to friends and family!!
