Tolle Wohnung

Uns hat alles hervorragend gefallen, sehr ruhiges neues Gebäude, von den anderen Bewohnern hat man nichts gehört. Alles sehr hochwertig und auf Details wie Fliegengitter, beste Geräte geachtet. Liebe zum Detail mit schönen Bildern, einer Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung! Auch der Pool war immer sauber, es standen zwei kleine Liegestühle zur Verfügung, die wir an den Pool nehmen könnten. Die Kinder waren ohnehin die ganze Zeit im warmen Wasser. Duschen und WCs waren auch am Pool vorhanden. Die Balkone an den Zimmern mit Fliegengittern an der Tür eigneten sich super zum Durchlüften. Genauso wie am großen Südbalkon mit Esstisch und einem Outsoorsofa. Alles befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage, sehe sicher und wirklich gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Sank Auch

Super emplacement

Appartement idéalement situé, très proche de la mer mais surtout des criques où l'on peut admirer les fonds marins riches en faune et en flore. Les enfants ont passé leur temps à observer étoiles de mer, poulpes et des poissons de toute sorte (un vrai coin de pardis). Il est tout à fait possible de tout faire a pied pendant 15 jours même si le coin mérite quelques excursions. Les commerces et les restaurants sont proches. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. La terrasse est très agréable et le fait d'avoir un appartement traversant permet de rafraichir les pièces. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement à l'avenir.

Bel appartement mais avec des défauts

Très déçus de "la vue sur mer " et de l'emplacement de l'appartement même. L'appartement en lui est spacieux-propre et pratique. L'accès à la piscine n'est pas évidente et la piscine en elle est déserte et pas du tout agréable. Question garage : accès très étroit et dangereux, les grandes voitures risquent de frôler les murs.

Confort et calme

Appartement grand standing très bien isolé et bien équipé à 200 mètres d'une plage tranquille. La vue sur la mer et la presqu'île de Ghiens est agréable et très dépaysante de la terrasse. Baignades riche en découvertes : étoiles de mer, poissons de toute beauté. Piscine très bien entretenue. Un supermarché à 500 mètres vend tout le nécessaire pour ne pas perdre de temps avec la corvée des courses. De plus, Carqeiranne est bien situé si vous voulez effectuer des visites touristiques dans les environs. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
