Check in super geklappt. Haus liegt im Villen-Viertel so das man sich ruhig erholen kann. Haus war schön und der Pool passte schön in die Natur rein.

Grande satisfaction !

Nous avons été reçu à notre arrivée avec beaucoup de chaleur et de sympathie par M. Cunat et sa petite équipe. Nous avons eu le bonheur de trouver une maison extrêmement propre et parfaitement rangée. Un vrai plaisir. La maison est très agréable, au calme et dotée d'une vue féerique sur la mer et la partie orientale de la Presqu'île de Giens. Les chambres avec vue mer disposent de l'air conditionné. Les chaises longues autour de la piscine sont nombreuses, neuves et de bonne qualité. Le mobilier de terrasse est composé de meubles en fer qui ne sont pas très confortables et qui tachent de rouilles les tissus. Une mise à jour s'impose à ce titre. Il manque quelques verres à eau. L'ensemble est très agréable et nous y reviendront avec plaisir. Merci encore M. Cunat !

Die Unterkunft hat eine relati...

Die Unterkunft hat eine relativ schlechte Küchenausstattung, es mußten Messer und Schneidbretter zugekauft werden, da nicht vorhanden. Die Türen der Einbauschränke hängen schief und/oder klemmen, bzw. sind lose. Der Waschbeckenabfluss ist leicht verstopft, der Kaffeeautomat ist verkalkt, es braucht eine Ewigkeit bis 6 Tassen durchgelaufen sind, etwas unbrauchbar bei mehreren Leuten. Das darf bei dieser Preiskategorie nicht sein! Die Lage des Hauses und der Blick auf das Meer sind bei schönen Wetter absolut top. Reisetipps: Für Wassersport gut geeignet, für Ausflüge in die Umgebung braucht man viel Zeit, da die Straßen voll sind und die Strecken sehr weitläufig sind.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, innen wie aussen.Schön und grosszügig möbliert. Ruhige Lage mit prächtiger Sicht aufs Meer und die Halbinsel Giens. Realität vor Ort entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet.Aufmerksame und freundliche Betreuung vor Ort ... Reisetipps: Schöne Altstadt in Hyères. Ausser Montag täglich Märkte in Hyères und den umliegenden Ortschaften (s. Internet: office tourisme Hyères). Wanderung um den Westteil der Halbinsel Giens (gute Schuhe!). Hübscher kleiner Hafen in Carqueiranne mit Bars und Restos.

Nahezu perfekt! Einzig Insektennetze (zumindest an den Fenstern) wären wünschenswert. Ansonsten sehr ordentliches, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, ruhige Lage, einzigartige Aussicht und nette Vermieter. Reisetipps: Vielseitige Strände von Hyeres, lohnenswerte Ausflüge nach St. Tropez, Cannes, Nizza und die Märkte von Hyeres.
