It has three cozy bedrooms each with windows for plenty of natural light. The home accommodates up to 6 adults + small children. A perfect place to work and play!

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, long regular closet, dresser, TV, nightstands with en-suite bathroom featuring a tub shower combo, single vanity, mirror, toilet. The other two bedrooms feature a twin over full bunkbed setup, standard closet, and nightstand with additional under-bed storage for suitcases. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub shower combo, vanity, mirror, toilet.

The modern meets nature vibe of the open-concept design in the main living area with its elevated tongue and groove ceiling and LVP flooring maximizes efficiency, convenience, and comfort all in one space.

The kitchen has beautiful butcher block countertops, a large single basin work station sink, garbage disposal, stainless steel appliances, and cooking / serving essentials. The dining area consists of a beautiful natural wood bar style table with 6 adjustable stools, this space can also double as a work station desk. The living room has a large hunter ceiling fan, a long stylish yet comfortable 96 couch, 65 smart HDTV, side tables, coffee table, foot stools, and an electric fireplace! It is an ideal space for cooking, dining, and relaxing after a long day!

The outside of the home boasts a covered partial wrap around deck. A large stylish two seater wicker egg chair with cushion in the front and 6 Adirondack chairs with table coolers for drinks on the side deck. The backyard has white beach sand, a picnic table, charcoal grill, fire pit, and sand toys for your enjoyment!

This house's location is advantageous as it has a short driving distance that gives easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, groceries, and pharmacies. And most importantly, the downtown area, with all its amenities, is just one mile away. Places to visit in the surrounding area include Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, cycling paths, guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve, a variety of local seafood eateries and a local supermarket.
