South Beach House - 11 Gold Coast Drive

This property is a double-storey beach shack with amazing views, absolute beachfront.

The property is a shack, sitting on the beachfront. It has a large open living/dining area, another separate living/dining space, plus 2 bedrooms including a unique loft master bedroom which is open to the living room with stunning views that overlook the living area and directly out to the ocean. The second bedroom is downstairs.

Bed configuration: Sleeps 5 (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
Bedroom 1- Upstairs open loft bedroom with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 - Downstairs with a tri-bunk.
Facilities: Open plan Lounge, Dining, Kitchen with dishwasher, DeLonghi coffee pod machine and laundry facilities.
Features/entertainment: TV, DVD, BBQ.
Heating/cooling: Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning.
Pets: Pets upon application
Fenced: Open surroundings.
Special features: Stunning Views - absolute beach frontage.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, this will be incorporated into the final rental fee.
Bedding: Quilts are provided, as are mattress protectors, and pillows.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

Nails in flooring

apart from stepping on nails sticking through the middle of a walkway where some bright spark had installed a smoke detector in the floor below everything else was fine

To Expensive

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately it did not meet the expectations. The wood floors squeaked all night, which made it difficult to sleep, and there was a constant banging sound that added to the disruption. The bed was uncomfortable, making for a restless night. Additionally there was no tea or coffee options available, which was disappointing. Given the price, I expected a better experience overall. The only deeming quality was the view, which was truly beautiful, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

Too expensive for what it is

Great view and that is were it ends, it does not look as great as in the photos; lighting is so poor and half of them don't work, the light in the small bedroom is so bad you can hardly see your way. The house is not clean at all, cobwebs every where, even in the kitchen cupboards. The couches so dirty and no proper outdoor seating, beds not comfortable.Very disappointing.

Fantastic views , cutest house and great location. Apart from a few checklist items mentioned to property manager re electrical / general maintenance this house is perfect for a getaway !!

nice property nice views, but needs some maintenance, 1) on entry about 30 flies hanging around that i had to kill over the first 2 days, think this is due to almost all window fly screens don't fit properly leaving gaps. 2) main sliding door fly screen wouldn't lock due to latch falling off.
