Do not stay in Room 101. It is at the end of the hallway right next to the door to the outside that slammed shut repeatedly--waking me up what seemed like every few minutes all night long. The AC unit in the room made a VERY LOUD bang noise every time it cycled off. Between these 2 noise makers, a good night's sleep was impossible.

this property is designed to accommodate people staying for extended periods of time - perhaps for work or training (?). It is adequate, clean and modern, but very basic and amenities are very sparse. no shampoo, conditioner or lotion, and only 2 tiny bars of soap. No spoons or stirrers. No cups, and b you have to request a coffee pot (I don’t know if there is a charge). We brought our own coffee pot. towels were very small and thin. What I did like was the lighting which was bright, and lamps had charging outlets. A/C worked well and the TV is large. We did not try breakfast but only saw yogurt and coffee at a counter in the very small lobby.

The staff was friendly and competent. The three things that would have made our stay and your property of more value to us: 1. Don't say you have breakfast if it is just coffee and granola bars. That doesn't cut it. Not even close. 2. You need to change whatever you're cleaning the floors with. They felt greasy and oily. It was gross getting into bed after walking across the room and back. 3. The room couldn't get completely dark at night because the room darkening shade was a bit broken and a bit small for the window. People who come into your area are coming for conferences and important things. They need to be able to sleep well.

When checked in to hotel on May 30- Jun 4. Mike check me in and was very polite. Unpon entering the restroom in the room noticed that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned there was a used bar of soap and the tub was dirty. The ice bucket was dirty and had hair in it,

Our first night was “ok”, even though the room did not provide any amenities. You had to call to get whatever you need it aside from towels. Our second night, we couldn’t sleep with so much noise coming from the guest in the room above our unit. Not a pleasant experience.

Despite having a reservation confirmed through Travelocity, and calling in advance to let them know I would be arriving late, when I arrived at the hotel they turned me away saying they didn't have any rooms available that they were fully booked. Unconscionable
