I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and I have slept on a friend's floor, and the expirence of the last 8 hours is singular

Okay for the price, easy to find, but quite run down and not particularly clean (walls, furniture, carpets, drapes), and way too many people smoking out in front of the rooms and in the breezeways and stairs, landings, ice vending ... people just smoking EVERYWHERE. Very hard to walk about to & from one's room without walking through clouds & plumes of cigarette smoke. I smell like an ashtray ... and I don't smoke!

the first room they put me in was so bad in cigerate smoke, they told me they did not have anything room, I went and bought 100.00 in cleaning supplies, tried to get rid of smell, went back to office told them I could not stay there, they found another room, not as bad but gross dirty. there are broken down cars in the parking lot. I pulled back the sheets and the blanket was so stained. I had to by a sleeping back to sllep on the bed.

The room reeked with the smell of Tabasco smoke. The wall bed lights were unplugged and we had to pull out the bed and find a plug. A hastle . We wanted to lay in bed and watch a movie only to find the TV not hooked up with their new system. I now lay here wanting to sleep so the night will pass and we can get out of here. My nose burns from the smoke smell and am nauseated. A very bad experience. A full refund is due!!!

Fit the bill for a night's stay. Not sure I'd want neighbors of long term residents, playing kids and older lady chasing after her cat, fir more nights than one, but they were quiet overnight and left me my space.

Awful, that was America's lousiest value

We walked in to the room and you could smell nothing but smoke and it was enough to make you gag. Then we had no choice but to stay there and there's not even a blanket. It was just the sheet. Horrible place we were booked there for two nights. We only stayed that one night. It was awful.

Bishop Inn 1/5 Terrible I made a reservation for this facility the day before. When I arrived on the day, there was one employee there who told me, "It's not open at the moment. It's scheduled to reopen in August." I told them I had made a reservation, but they said it had been refunded, so as long as it wasn't open there was nothing I could do so I booked another facility. The accommodation fee was deducted from my credit card, what a careless company Expedia is. Selling a facility that isn't open and then conducting a survey on top of that. Please refund my money immediately.
