First off the outside door from the parking lot that says itā€™s locked for safety is not. Second we had 4 people in our room and they only gave us 2 towels. When we left our room did not get cleaned nor did we get anymore towels. I asked the front desk and they never brought them. Then we went to the filthy pool that had no towels. When we asked for towels for the pool (again for 4 of us) we were told the max of towels per group is 3. There was so much mold in our bathroom and the toilet was gross when we arrived.

This Holiday Inn has customer service issues. They seem to mess with you and want you to report issues such as the TV not working, the light bulb out, no room Wi-Fi/internet, although it works in the lobby, etc., so that you need to go to your room. That is an absolute NO.

Worse service ever

Sink was broken and water was dripped all over the floor. Took over 30 mins and 2 call to service desk for them to move me to another room. Next morning some kids running around. Loud music from other room. Very disturbing (unable to rest at 7am) and hotel did nothing to quiet them down when i was ask to keep my pet quiet at all times but they didnt mind other people (i felt target)

Absolutely Not Recommended! I chose this hotel based on positive reviews on Expedia, as two key factors were important to me: breakfast and a pool for my daily swimming training. However, my trip turned into a complete disappointment. Before traveling, I happened to check Google Maps and found real reviews about ongoing construction and constant noise. To clarify the situation, I called the front desk three times, but every time I was rudely hung up on, with no explanation or response. I also reached out through customer support but received no reply there either. When we arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find the pool closed! And to make matters worse, there was no breakfast in the morning. I literally had nothing to feed my children. This is a complete failure ā€” no service, no communication, and no basic respect for guests. Our vacation was completely ruined. If I had known about such issues and poor treatment in advance, I would never have chosen this hotel. I urge the management to address my complaint and provide compensation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool was under construction and expedia posted the pool picture as operational. Misleading. Did not get housekeeping for our entire 5 day stay even though I requested it. They just gave towels and took out the trash one time. Very frustrating. Breakfast is very limited. Always biscuit and gravy. Bowl for fruits but nothing inside. Sometimes there are cereals but most of the time there is none. Cutlery, only spoons and forks no knives. They hide their yogurt. You have to ask to get one. Overall experience ā€œTERRIBLEā€ Left one day early as we felt terribleā€¦ Holiday Inn has gone down the hill.
