The customer service was amazing the owner/operator went above and beyond in every way to help us out. If service is important to you then you will not find a better stay. First time in Carson City would definitely stay there again.

Checkin was easy, property isn’t in the greatest condition, the room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom tub liner was on the ground and the towels were not clean. There was a smell in the room, but I’m thinking it’s all the rooms, the chair was dirty, the floors were dirty, I wiped the counter tops with a wipe and it was dirty, not enough plugs near the night stand, the mini fridge was on the floor and wobbles. There was a lot of parking but the trees left a lot of sap on my car. There was an ice machine outside as well a vending machine

Okay for a Quick, Cheap Stay

I stayed at this motel in Reno for two nights with another adult. It’s definitely on the cheaper side, and you get what you pay for. The room was not very clean—the carpet was dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The coffee pot and walls were also dirty, and the sink didn’t work when I arrived. I had to request maintenance, which was inconvenient. That said, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived really late—around 3am—after getting caught in a blizzard, and they still checked me in without any issues. I spent most of my time out and about in Reno, only coming back to sleep, so it served its purpose. If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash and don’t mind a bit of grime, it might be okay. Otherwise, I’d suggest spending a little more for a cleaner stay.

Not Clean or Quiet!

The room had been upgraded with flooring and lighting fixtures. There was a smart TV and basic amenities you expect for economy room. The door was very difficult to shut which was troublesome for a handicap accessible room. The temperature control was not easy to maintain. The worst part were the bugs everywhere. My stay was in the Spring and there were little gnat like bugs everywhere. I was in town for the birth of a grandchild and was at the hospital except to sleep, so I did not contact motel staff, but I am not sure what they could have done to fix the issue if I had. I will not be returning to this location. Not worth the money saved.
