The room we initially got had a dysfunctional shower door. We didn’t catch it until after we had settled down, so we had to repack everything and transfer rooms which was extremely inconvenient. The staff took it well and transferred us to and identical room in the same floor. Breakfast was okay but the facility was nice. They have a heated pool and hot tub, and an enclosed area with a fire pit and seating. Conveniently located off the freeway and relatively close to east Tahoe.

Ceiling is paper thin. You can heat everything the people above you are doing. I asked the front desk person to remind the upstairs people that there are people below them. Nothing changed. Couldn’t hear the TV.

Anniversary trip

We atarted with just a quick stay but we relaxed so mich we extended our stay. They had to place us in a different room but they worked to make it as stress free as possible. Because we extended we were able to go on a hike to a water fall, see the nevada museum and go to Shakespeare at the lake. All of this and we had time to enjoy relaxing by the pool and in our room. We we out to eat once at the great basin brewery but the rest of the time used the kitchen to make food we brought with us. This has been amazing and we hope to come back again.
