Beautiful location and friendly staff! Rooms were average. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. We even got a complaint for having our television on “too loud” when it was a normal volume. Made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The jacuzzi and cold plunge are a fun addition, but the jacuzzi was way over chlorinated. Overall it was an average stay and a little pricey for the accommodations.

Super relaxing and in the middle of the forest…. Parking was annoying, as I had to park the furthest away from my room as possible when I had a hot tune suite on the 1st floor. Our room only had 2 towels in it, for a 4 person reservation in a suite with a private hot tub on the balcony, and when I called the front desk for more towels inwas told I could walk up to registeration desk for more towels, or wait until the morning when the house keeps arrived at 10am. I took the 2 towels they had at the front desk I hike up to inthe pouring rain, and no one Ever came after 19am the next day to give us dry towels…. I would expect a hot tub suite that is booked for 4 people would have more than 2 towels in the room…. at the very minimum enough clean towels to give hotel guests if needed…. Besides not having enoigh towels jn our room or when we called the front desk for more, it was an amazing time…. The 2 people working the front desk on Christmas were amazing and beyond friendly , despite not having enough dry towels for our room….. I will definitely be going back….. and I’ll just make an extra note to have our room stocked with enough towels for our hot tub suite!!!

the room was clean as pictured! we enjoyed our stay i honestly will come back! they do need to remove the photos off their google reviews and yelp reviews if possible that are not photos of their resort. i asked the front desk and they said it was a place in nevada! or they need to make an announcement on the website or page when you purchase a room.. i think other than that it was wonderful and relaxing! i will go back!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. This is not high end, it is comfortable, great beds and calm atmosphere. It was just what we needed. The staff is excellent. They were not at all rushed and willing to accommodate scheduling changes for the soaking tubs. We will be retuning and recommending this to friends.
