2 Bedroom Bellaluz Penthouse Apartment, La Manga Club

This apartment is situated in the popular Bellaluz village on the La Manga Club Resort near the Mar Menor on the Costa Calida, Spain. The apartment occupies the top floor of a 2-storey block in one of the quieter areas of the community and overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens to the front and a view to the distance where you can just make out the sea.

The lounge is light and airy and, being on the top floor, benefits from penthouse style lofty ceilings. The lounge contains a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table with dining room table and chairs to the side. There is cable television available with a multitude of English channels provided by ClubTV. There are also large patio doors onto the front terrace which has seating and a gas BBQ.

Off the lounge is a well-equipped kitchen comprising fridge-freezer, hob, conventional oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher. There is ample crockery and glassware whether you decide on drinks and a light snack before heading out for the evening or cooking up your own meal to enjoy on the terrace.

The apartment has 1 Double and 1 Twin bedroom, both with built in wardrobes, nightstands and balconies overlooking the olive tree in the courtyard behind. The bathroom consists of a dual sinks, toilet, heated towel rail and bath with glass screened shower above.

The Bellaluz village is the largest community on the La Manga Club Resort. There is an Olympic sized swimming pool and children’s pool for use by residents with an adjoining snack bar (seasonal opening). Under a minutes’ walk from the apartment can be found the Plaza Mayor with its collection of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, shops and boutiques.

A short 10-minute walk takes you to Las Sabinas, where you can find a larger supermarket, many bars, restaurants and shops and also the Undersun club for those wishing to stay out a little later.

La Manga Club is home to 3 championship golf courses, A tennis centre encompassing both tennis and paddle courts and a fully equipped gym. There is also a number of football pitches as well as other sporting facilities available. This apartment benefits from sports rights for up to 4 people which entitles guests to benefit from significant discounts on the golf courses and other facilities (residents’ rate).

For those wishing to travel slightly further afield, the surrounding area offers many attractions. You can spend the day soaking up the atmosphere and exploring the history of the Roman city of Cartagena or while away the day on the white sandy Mediterranean beaches of the La Manga Strip. Maybe a drive through the stunning scenery of the ‘Sierra de la Muela, Cabo Tiñoso y Roldán’ with its many military forts which are ideal for any history buff. Then finish the day by exploring the vast array of seafood restaurants on offer in the nearby historic port town of Cabo de Palos.

We have been visiting La Manga Resort for over 20 years staying in many different villas / apartments. Without a doubt this apartment was the best value for money . Great location , lovely view of the gardens , well equipped, plenty of room for 3.
