In my opinion, the best thing about this hotel is it’s location. It’s right in the walled city. Everything within the Wall city is in walking distance. It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk to the heart of Getsemaní. In five minutes you’re in front of him Clocktower and ready to go anywhere outside the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange a trip to Baru, and made some good recommendations for dinner. There is a swimming pool inside that I did not use, but it looked good. breakfast every day was great with freshly cooked, scrambled eggs, fruit, and good coffee. That said it is in the heart of the wall city, and fortunately we were able to change our room from the street side to the backside because there’s a lot of noise from the disco across the street.

The VIP access credit was absurd. It is discount on food & beverage, but they have stopped selling food even though in the rooms there still is a menu. When I wanted to order a lasagna they said they were no longer providing that service. It was 8 pm. Hotel is nice, but rooms are way too simple. One evening there was only cold water. Quite some music noise in the neighborhood, but not the hotel‘a fault. All in all overpriced.

Stayed 4 nights on 4th floor elevator was not working- always front desk was giving wrong message to all customers that will be fixed in 1 hour. When asked repeatedly mentioned its power problems. Also had to ask several times for fresh towels and toiletries. Very bad management, employees are simply following instructed by management. It’s convenient in wall city, suggest you look for another hotel.

Good location in old town area - no need for car, plenty of shopping and restaurants and sights within easy walking distance. Attractive inner courtyard visible from all 5 floors, rooftop breakfast/bar/restaurant, with free breakfast every morning. Front desk staff keep things safe despite the "nightlife", and were very helpful in general. Hotel is a good value for the money. Not a spectacular hotel, on the old side, but our family had no complaints and I would stay here again.

Its always a pleasure to stay at this hotel , the unique experience of living in a tropical place in the middle of the city is priceless. If you are used to hard mattress, don pedro will train you well. Other than that breakfast is very authentic and delicious. Will definitely book there again in a near furure.
