The house has two floors, consisting of a spacious living room divided into two rooms and a living room separated by a modern open fireplace on both sides of the rooms, dining room, large modern kitchen with office, five bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, dressing room and an office with access to the terrace and independent access, located on the access floor, next to two bedrooms with bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, with access to the upper terrace with magnificent views of the golf course, with a full bathroom. The garden and pool are accessed through the terrace, from the living rooms and kitchen open to the living room.
Francisco turned the 15 days we spent near Murcia into precious memories for my family and friends. He always made himself available to recommend restaurants (and even book us tables!) or answer quickly to any question we had. The house is perfect to receive young children and we were touched by Francisco's attentions (such as hiring a babysitter for our five kids). The boat tour organized by Francisco was amazing. We are grateful for his willingness to take care of everything, from A to Z, which led to make us spend the most wholesome holidays. The place to be for the ones seeking unforgetable holidays in Spain!
The villa is on the edge of La Manga Club, however it is in easy walking distance to most restaurants, tennis etc.
The villa shows its age with some tired features, however for our family it was ideal.
Francisco was always contactable and very helpful.
La Manga is probably still recovering from Covid and central features like Oasis and minigolf are closed, however I am sure they will bring it all back with time.
The variety of restaurants and bars is exceptional and non-spanish speaking brits get by without an issue.
The stay in the villa was excellent. Location was ideal close to the restaurants and course's. The pool and outside area was fantastic. An all round beautiful villa suitable for families or golfers looking to stay in la manga.
Big villa, great for families, a little tired in places, needs a bit of maintenance
We spent 2 weeks at "La Princesa" which was in a great location very near by "La Manga Club" resort with its 3 golf courses, tennis courts, bars and restaurants. It is on a gated mini complex of 3 properties so we felt quite safe and secure. You cannot park right outside the villa, but our cars were fine parked outside the gate.
We could see that this was once a much loved family holiday home and the space we had was good for the 7 of us - 5 adults and 2 teenage boys. No one felt on "top of each other" and we could all sit comfortably for meals etc.
The pool area was good and we spent most afternoons taking a refreshing dip and relaxing on the patio areas in the evening.
The kitchen was well equipped and we made ourselves at home. Air con in all the rooms was good as it was around 30-35'c most days. Beds were comfy and we had a bed linen and towel change half way through our stay. The pool guy came a couple of times as well to check and clean our pool.
I would suggest that the villa has a bit of maintenance if it is continued to be rented as a holiday home, as some things are a little tired or need of repair.
Some new cushions on the outside furniture on the covered areas at the back are needed and some other little jobs are needed around the house, such as the door handles being secured on the internal doors, garden lights being fixed and the bathroom fittings being repaired or replaced as some of them are broken or missing.
I would also suggest an information guide in the villa with instructions on how the tv works etc along with info on where to take your rubbish and recycling.
I have to say communications with Francisco were brilliant and he was always on hand to answer any questions that we had.
My other advice for anyone travelling in August in this area is to make sure you bring mosquito repellent for yourself and buy or bring some citronella candles etc if you want to sit outside.
The best time to do any activities such as golf and tennis is the early morning or evening. The surrounding cities and towns are definitely worth a trip out, our favourite being Cartagena with its castle and roman ruins.
Estuvieron muy atentos con nosotras y no hubo problema. Lo Ășnico que es una pena que no permitan pasar los coches dentro. Por lo demĂĄs todo muy bien.
We stayed in this villa for 7 days with our all family . First thing what my son 8 years old shouted out when he seen all this - " That is real life !":-) That is true ;)
During all vacation we had excellent facilities and communication with the owners. Very peaceful and privet surrounding.
Everything you need for your holidays and much more.
Won't be disappointed.
