It was walkable to the Clock Tower less than 5 minutes. The hotel staff were very nice and attentive. Be advised you cannot bring guest to the hotel unless they a part of your original reservation at check in. Hotel staff make this very clear, I felt very safe anyone cannot just walk into the door as it remains locked after 10 pm. The hotel staff are just a text on what's app away and they will reach you within 2 minutes. The AC works great overall great experience.

Everything in the room didnt work properly. Terrible lighting, poor water pressure, shower head leaked. Two lights on ceiling, one didt work the other was falling off the ceiling. Bathroom sink had bad water flow. Best part of the place was the people, they were great and very helpful.

Friendly staff. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to great restaurants and other great locations like the clock tower. The hotel needs some work, the lighting in the staircase and hallways not the best. Noisy hallways. One night there was a leak in the lobby area by the elevator area. The electricity went out a couple days which was annoying 😡

Very good place to stay when you decide to go to Cartagena. Clean, good staff, the breakfast that is included is very good. Walkable, everything in the area is close. We didn't need to use an Uber or Taxi to get to the placed we wanted to see.

Arriving at the hotel we became a little worried because the area outside was not the best looking. But once inside the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was very clean and up to date. My room was just right and I had a balcony that overlooked the street. There wasn’t much to look at but it was good for when I just wanted to step out and get some air or some sun. The gym was small but it got the job done. The restaurant was perfecto. The food was really really good everything I ordered was delicious. Now for the not so good things. The hotel has a no visitor policy so no friends of any sort can enter the hotel with you. It kind of felt like a dorm room😂 but the upside to that is that you are allowed to add your companion to your room before you come to check in so I had no issues whenever my friend came to visit. The staff is totally loyal to this policy and I amend them all because they were offered absurd amounts of money and they stayed true to their policy😂. All and all I really enjoyed my stay. If you are single and like to mingle when you vacation it’s not the place for you.

It was a nice property but it felt like I was living with my parents I understand them wanting to be safe and protect those who stay in the property but I feel you should be able to bring guess into the hotel which you paid to stay in. Other than that nice food and service I believe the young ladies name is Maria she was very nice and helpful.

Great hotel! Clean, stylish, comfortable, convenient location and super professional and friendly staff. I have nothing bad at all to say about my stay. I would definitely stay here on my next visit. Two things.... the front desk manager with the high puff hairstyle is absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel does not use/have washcloths. Breakfast was included with my room, but be sure to order things exactly how you want if you are not used to the Colombian way to cook certain items. Overall the breakfast food was not bad and the restaurant manager was VERY NICE and accommodating. I was pleasantly please that a good number of the staff was bilingual. Easy checkin. Room was very spacious. Easy walk to both the Walled City as well as Gethsemane. It was a nice long and hot walk, but we actually walked up to the CARTEGENA sign on the beach in the heat! However we took a taxi back. But that's to let you know it's doable. I definitely recommend MOOD for anyone visiting. The rate we got was amazing as well. THANK YOU!
