Filthy,filthy, filthy!!!!
The receptionist gave the first room number 138 toilet was clogged, so move to 2nd room number 166 beds not done and dirty towels on washroom floort rooms all were not cleaned, bath tub and toilets not clean had yellow urine stains so moved to 3rd room n141 again washroom was not clean ,toilet had stains and dust, tub had a brown stains rim . We went to reception for refund and rudely told us that it was non refundable. By now it was getting very late in the night we went to bed. Next morning there was no cooffee or hot water to make tea, they keep telling us it coming, so we checked out at 9.15 am, still no coffee or hot water.
