Villa Pineta is a lovely holiday home with air conditioning and WiFi internet. The apartment / condo has a total of four private apartments. The property can accommodate up to 19 guests comfortably. Villa Pineta is located in Marina Di Castagneto Carducci, Italy and only 78 km (49 mi) from Pisa in the tourist area "Tuscan Coast". If you enjoy a round of golf while on vacation, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

Guests have free access to a stretch of private sandy beach, located north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail.

A real benefit of renting a home, instead of multiple hotel rooms, is the ability to relax after a busy day of sightseeing with family and friends. Enjoy a meal together along with some local wine to finish the day. Outside you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas but still have their own private living quarters.

Apartment of 100 sqm on first floor with a 50 sqm terrace.

There are three entrances, 2 from the garden into the living room and one from the garden into the terrace and from there into the kitchen-living room.
Large living-room ( fireplace, sat TV); kitchen corner with a gas cooker and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, Italian and German coffee machines and toaster.
A dining area and a smaller lounge area furnished with armchairs and sofa and a extra double sofa bed (on request and to pay on the spot).
Washing machine.
From the living room we access to a corridor leading to bedrooms:
a bedroom with bunk bed with large wardrobe, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double bed plus single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
A large bathroom with shower.
Along the corridor a single sofa bed.

Private equipped outdoor area.
In the garden is an external shower.

IMPORTANT, the maximum number of guests admitted in the house (babies included) cannot be more than 10 (each person and baby beyond 8 People has to pay an extra fee of 70€ per week).
